My advice: use an OTG flash disc that you can connect to your PC. It's excellent for backup, transferring and simply works as cloud storage that doesn't need internet connection. I use it with a micro SD card as it doesn't provide enough storage (not all slots can exceed a certain amount of storage size). If I want to transfer some things to a different phone I just use this. It's very useful, but before buying make sure you get a fast one as it saves a lot of time.
Most of these could be solved by companies giving phones bigger batteries, and not copying Apple every time they remove a port or make the phone out of a more breakable material
I used to be a vibrate person, but i plan on using this phone for as long as i can because i love it and they don't make em this small anymore, so now I'm a sound on person.
One comment regarding the memory. I agree about offloading memory, but using an SD card as the primary memory for photos, music, etc. probably isn't the best idea (sorry this is one of the few times where I disagree with something posted on here). SD cards aren't the most reliable. If you do use SD cards, always have a backup of it (i.e. online storage). You should also have an offline copy; perhaps on a USB thumb drive that you update every now and then. This way if you get hit with ransomware and it spreads to your cloud services account, at least you will have a backup of clean data somewhere (assuming that the data you backed up was clean to begin with).
as for updating your device. at least for iphone. that's why the first month or so apple was sending out multiple updates. as it had so many bugs. and yet you claim it is a treat. in some cases yeah but not always.
I don't update the software of my tablet because I don't know if there is such thing when the first times I used this and it needs a major update but I always need it right now so it gets more major it might update itself for 1 day without using it.
Bluetooth has to stay on as it is connected to my watch. I'm always turning the wifi off, auto turns on when charging, data plan is pretty large enough.
I always, always, always have my phone set to silent. Devices are a distraction. Sometimes I get yelled at when I miss a call 3-6 times in a row but when I am busy, I'm busy. I can get back to the text or call later when I have time. Also keeping your device on silent mode insures the information that's sent to you via text or MMS is absolutely private to only you. If you have a text come in and you're around friends, chances are if you have the volume up, your friends will know you just received a text. If your volume is on complete silent (no vibration) you can still receive the text, know its there silently, and when you have a chance to be alone, read it and respond back with confidence that no one else saw what ever important text that friend sent to you, he or she might be having an emotional breakdown about his or her blood work coming back positive for cancer or something they dont want anyone else to know accept you. It's also important to respect people's privacy. Dont just get on someones devices and start rumijing through text or photos. That's disrespectful.
For those who are in a hurry 1.Looking down at your screen 2.Plugging it in carelessly 3.Not updating the software 4.Sleeping with your phone 5.Being expose for blue light for too long 6.Keeping it in contact with your skin 7.Leaving it in the sun 8.Keeping it in your back pocket 9.Going overboard in DIYs 10.Falling for designer case 11.Using it with a low signal 12.Never restarting your phone 13.Putting your phone on vibration 14.Always using location services 15.Dropping it in your bag without cover 16.Never cleaning the inside 17.Ignoring external storages 18.Charging it during a thunder storm 19.Keeping Wifi and Bluetooth on all day
1:16 not all the time is the best thing you can do, some times they have bugs and some safety issues 1:41 scientists have concluded that smartphones and in general, radiowaves, give us medical problems like cancer etc.
Most of them are true but, 6. Using bluetooth headset is as harmful as using the phone itself since bluetooth devices generate radio too. 12. Not true. Our phones don't run Windows (LOL), they are designed to run smoothly without restarting (unless some updates that require restarting). Memory management can free and sort things up for you automatically.
And it's totally true Find out for your self by switching mobile data on and you'll battery charge will fall quite quickly but then switch it off and enable WiFi and see how much longer it lasts.
Yeah restarting your phone will give it alot of lag. True that itll proccess better but it gives alot of lag for gaming i learned this after restarting my older phones
as far as updates go don't do them until you have to. Let them work out all the kinks and bugs. There is nothing worse than doing an update the day of its release only to find out it makes your phone worse.
i was just watching a video on brightside that said smartphones signals were safe now its saying they are still trying to figure it out if its safe or not.

When he says “ scientists still haven’t found any...” it means there’s no danger.
He never said that.
It's companies make age sooner by launching new phones frequently
Exactly it's the doing of the phone manufacturers

As what i have know.... Smart phones only used mircrowaves for data transmission as well as television...
While radio waves were used radio stations.
Bright side saying not to use DIYs... Great.😂
Thank you bright side you helped my iPad live
And also my iPad helped me thankyou
Restart to clear ram...on iphone, on android there is optimizer
I use both vibrate and ring at the same time :P

Drone Master radio waves are not ionising.
Great info but the sad part is that most peeps smartphone last less than a year then new phone next year.
Silent mode for me, just check it once every hour or two.

Holding a cellphone at eye level will make e you look as if you are taking pictures or vivid ei of other people... very dangerous...
Not restarting your phone
Me: I shut it off everyday till after 5
I’m always my iPad I ❤️ my iPad 😂
My favorite apps are TH-cam Pinterest music
That why I don’t use phones because I always texts on this free app 😆
Silent mode for life. Just use notification led or breathing lightning effect as in Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro.
but what if I won a lottery and I can only claim it at night then the airplane mode would block the signal for the big thing
3:40 phone turns into nokia with heat
call mostly, hardly text with nokia 3100.
What if you don’t have enough storage to update
I turn on airplane mode and silent and turn on wifi
I only use vibrate only if I’m sleeping over somewhere and other people in the place where I’m sleeping are still sleeping and I’m awake
