property taxes are low...good schools, close to 6-8 major cities with in a few hour drive, an airport that flys direct to multiple huge hot spot cities....and our winters have been super mild the last 2-3 years! We love it here!
You know me, I was robbed at gunpoint at my job when I was going to college. Took awhile to get past that.
