“So pumped up to do recoveries”
Next video: hey guys. Unfortunately we had to sell the rotator. 😂
Mr negative
@@rodger996 I don’t think so. It’s called “Bruce”
This dude is the definition of fake it till you make it 🤣
he's made it so not an issue 😂
You people are weirdos for real! Go back to playing with your simulator
That truck with #171 was William Johnson's truck when it was new, trk# 169 was mine!! William(Boll) Johnson built Stepps Towing and Stepps Heavy Hall
That my uncle bo showing them how it's done a really great man 💯💯
Now, this is the guy you need to teach you have to operate yours!
I’m definitely going to Tennessee! These guys are awesome!
Awesome save of 2 nice looking 378s Bruce. Hopefully one can be brought back to life and be a part of your growing fleet
Just a tip mate, don't strap anything to the trailer that is above the suspension because you will destroy it, I don't agree with heaps of things you do but I do like the enthusiasm for the industry 🤙🤙
Bruce, nice to see you getting your equipment worked out, and hope you get the training sorted asap. Best wishes from UK.
Thanks for the video Bruce, keep em comin!
They way I learned heavy recovery by working and learning from others and watching asking questions over time you will get confident in yourself and the equipment one thing I have learned there isn't one wreck the same every day is different
Exactly, different wreck, different scenario, different options, different hookup..
I think the second Pete is a 367 with that slope hood, great video🔥👍
So many saying these aren't 379s. Well they are, the short hoods have slope to them you can get a little big hood conversion to make yhem square
These are 367 from factory the short hood 379 aka 378 had a straight hood not slooped.. they only slooped if they were 378 with a set back axle
Hi Bruce awesome vid seeing a rotator work
Beau is a bad ass rotator operator, that would be the man too learn all about your rotator
Thanks for the kind works! Bruce and I are definitely going to link up!
Take Notes.
Helmets,
Safety Glasses,
Gloves,
Long Pants,
Steel Toe Boots,
&
High Vis Vests.
Because they're Professional Men Working.
Mr. OSHA on Duty 😂😂😂
None of that has anything to do with actual skill lol
Nice you always provided great entertainment
What a beast rig you got there, I like it, including your Scania lorry trucks!
That rotator is bad ass. Those are some nice looking trucks Bruce.
Fix up the 6nz and use it as a back up for Brutice so if you take it down for maintenance you got one ready to work
God bless you Ryan thought I would say it since no one else did😂
2 man team way should be one man banking it the other driving the controls
Great job!
Tim Gentry you better catch up!! You're getting left behind. 😊
I would keep them both and build them out for different purposes. Perhaps stretch the frame on one, then add an additional tag axle to it. Rebuild each engine and then you have paid for trucks with great engines that can earn you big money 💰
Fitzgerald don't need them
That is sick shit bro all the same trucks playing musical chair's cool give them a second life love channel Bruce! Timmy c Bristol CT 💯
That would be Toby you took one of these trucks and made it and build out of it for your company and make a series out of it I definitely tune in
keep the clips coming
Cant keep up with ya bruce you got alot of projects going on in your business now bro, Good luck
Bruce!
You're not an Oversized Load untill 4' hangs of the back of the deck.
Read your DOT manual ffs!
Don't watch
Yea that rotater is the biggest they make almost best way to learn
Super cool nice video 👋👍🥰🇨🇿😉
Nice truck
Congratulations..🥰✌️🙂
I’ve been around a miller 100 ton and they are insane. I’m getting back into towing soon I miss it way more than I should 😂
Also it’s a wheel lift not stinger🤣
Nice 👍
You should pay Beau to come and work with you for 3 months so you can learn how to use the rotator without doing damage or killing someone...it would be money well spent as he clearly knows what the hell he is doing.
Bruce needs more than 3 months of experience before he is on his own. He needs YEARS.
Thanks for the kind words. Bruce and I are definitely gonna link up.
@@curtisnewman1520 We all have to start somewhere and Beau would be an excellent foundation.
If they run you should stretch them and make them heavy wreckers
Im building the Revell plastic model of Stepps "Can Do" wrecker. I also drove a 2 1/2 ton conventional wrecker for 15 years. Fun times
Nice!
Your channel is fantastic. Suggestion: ask you camera person to slow down the movement of the camera.
Here in the UK we have 100 ton 8x4 rotators volvo ,scania r +T cabs .❤
You should cover the stacks on the truck thats backwards, you risk spooling up the turbo while its being towed. Without the engine running the turbo wont have lubrication and you risk damaging it.
Wow impressive but it looked very close to the hydro line when lifting up the first truck
Saludos desde Aguascalientes México
What a beast! Bruce, I want to see you having a wrecker just like this in the future!
Hi Bruce
Both of the trucks are nice enough to be sold whole. The new owner can do an in frame then go make money.
Yes they are 379s I had an 2005 with a 600 cat
171 looks like your little brothers truck to start his own business with 😉 😉
4:59 they should have been using a spreader bar to spread the load to push it away from the cab I'm surprised they didn't do that
Using winch 1 on end boom, winch 3 on second stage, no spreader needed? Try it
Slow and steady wins the race. That unit doesn’t have spreader bar. You have to be careful. There’s always a way to get the job done without damaging the unit. It takes skill and practice! The straps are a lil further back because of the turbo and power steering reservoir.
Maybe my guess would be that plan put on Detachable Towing Unit ????
Good thing those 379's are long hoods.
Fix them and have more drivers and have them all do videos so u have more videos coming in
You are on dead end dirt road 😂😊😂
That’s my blood brother Beau white getting that money call him if you need him
What up sis!
Awesome video thanks for sharing
Ags mex that is a good crane
Sell one of the Pete's to Timmy Gentry. He would definitely buy one.
Never get fixed up
Bruce you need to hook up with magnums out of Wilson nc huge wrecker and heavy haul company goods friends of mine own it
& yur truck bed says CENTURY on it😮
Miller sells jerr dan and century. Just bought a 50 ton jerr dan from them .
hey how wide is the tool box there between the cab and front drive on the 2nd truck you loaded
Yooo this man is right at my house😯😯😯
This man is working on the church bus next to my house I see him
Put a 730 v8 in them be badass
Hey what’s up bro how are you much love
What about adding a decent size knuckle boom to your fleet, something in range of 200 metric tons to really get some reach?
Ryan would be called a "swamper"
6:24 Right on these angles so you know Bruce on a rotator truck exactly right at this point on either side of the truck any corner is your weak point when you're doing a lift you see the way he has a load of the ground You don't have it up high because the truck will leave it or not the rotator will flip it will roll over on you just look at Pepe's Towing there's a video of them where they screwed up and they rolled two trucks trying to flip a truck! So just remember that your stabilizers are going to be out but you do not want your stabilizers picking up the truck from the ground You want pressure weight on each tire still You never use the stabilizers to pick the truck off the ground You just put them down light pressure on the ground but you want contact on all tires because that's what gives you stability on the truck when it comes to lifting things! That is the major screw up, majority of time when you see a rollover rotator because of that error operator error lifting the truck completely off the ground with the stabilizers not allowing contact with the tires it's important that the tires remain on the ground so it gives it a form of stability as well! Learn on this video the movements that they are doing how fast, lifting over the front of the cab to make sure you move the rotator boom all the way to the front once you get in this angle you roll the boom halfway back and once you get all the way to the back you roll it about 4 ft off of center of the center stabilizers so it takes majority of the load on the stabilizers front and back there's a lot to it it's just not doing a lift it's about positioning the boom knowing when to move the tarot back and forth on certain angles remembering at certain heights what's the capacity how far the boom is extended out The capability of that truck being able to perform and lift of weight and the angle of the boom how high up how far down also effects how much weight it can pick up and there's the danger zone that is known and it's a certain degree of angle that the boom will be up in the air that puts you at risk they call it zero gravitational pull which will flip the whole entire rotator truck even doing a 10,000 lb lift it's crazy do you think it's capable of happening but it will happen A truck of this size can literally flip over at a 10,000 lb lift at a certain angle of the boom typically it's marked zero and that's the point that you want to avoid cuz is zero gravitational pull which is your weakest point in the lift! Spreader bars are very important it helps spread the load evenly on the cables! You want to learn how to run the rotator the right way it's the same one that Ron Pratt has ask him to come spend time with him learning how to run it and he will teach you he's open to teaching he will teach you how to operate in his business the right way that would make for some great content for Ron and for you!
That's not a slider, only rotator..imo.
@@ky.gambler5281 obviously you don't know anything about rotators The whole tarot the rotator itself it slides from the back to the front every unit is set up that way
I would have loaded them Requiem for a dream style
If you had lifted the front end and placed some 4x4 under the front tires it would have given more space between hoods, come fellas !
Hey Bruce how are you doing today my friend so I love watching our videos they are very educational videos and so can you give me some vices on how can I get my trucking license for trucking license up north candan
Been following you ever since you got the original Blue Collar cab over. Really enjoying the recent content. Always love the will it start vids too
Me to
It's a wheel lìft not a stinger
Sell the frames to Canadians so that they can keep their old trucks going. Would be nice to see you load out some parts.
He should’ve used the new RGN he recently acquired for this.
Take both trucks and make a good one
Lifting because we can!
N we lift them hooked to the front frame bc we dont want someone to drive this rigs ever again!
Don’t be afraid or embarrassed to ask as many questions as possible
Брюс дружище. Когда будут видео про СКАНИЮ.
Beau white is the man.
That company does all the nascar car towing
Thought u was saleing the pull truck
That’s a 50/60 rotator called that because it’s a 50 ton wrecker 60 ton boom.
This a 50/60 at 30 degrees it’s a 50t and 60 degrees a 60t
It’s just the precision of the boom.
will not be fun when you are trying to recover a big rig turned over blocking all or part of the interstate and traffic flying by and not moving over!
Bruce love the chanel but get the names correct. The proper name is underlift not stinger that is a crane on a truck
Also welding rod holder mister perfect.
1:25 25T retraído e 8T extendido👌🦾
God if I had the money I’d buy one off ya
My man, you need to wear your PPE just like everyone else.. looks silly lol
If the outriggers came out another 5 feet I imagine the boom could be twice the length. If they made a rotator like that you could use it for multiple things to make money not just vehicle recovery.
🙂
Take note of type of rigging equipment
You should stop at Miller industries in chattanooga and see a real heavy lift rotators 😅 but since you don't read comments ole well😅
Big facts right here buddy
I would sale them. I'd fix them up and add them to your fleet with Brutus.
It is call down lift
Link up Bruce
Build one for a giveaway
Boa noite meu amigo sou novo no canal meu nome é Roberto morou Mossoró RN Brasil sou fa de caminhão Americano
Well
56000 pounds is 26 ton
If them two Peterbilt's are starting I would take all off them stickers off them and then have them repainted blue and add them too the rest off fleet and take all them Peterbilt's too the truck shows Bruce you drive the Tratter Taxi Aaron drives Bratus and Lake and Rayn drive them two Pete's.
Those semi trucks u bought r 359s
fix both of the new petes
We're are you selling your pulling tractors
