    2 things Will. Financing the PPF and tint is over paying for those products. Those purchases should always be done out of pocket. For wheel package setup please reach out to us. Who ever set you up gave you the wrong size. Upgrades for m4 are 20 inch in frt and 21in rear. We've done 9 in and 11in widths.

      Makes sense, however here in cali we have homes from 50-60ties in not very desirable areas going for 300+. That thing is money pit and in another 30 yrs probably will be due for demolition. In today prices and interest rates it makes sense to rent and see later what’s up.

Credit score was 826. My payment is $2052! I invested $125K cash into $JPST to completely offset the interest. I dont understand the fascination with monthly payment videos. If you’ve bought a car you’ll know your monthly payment is based on your down payment and credit history. It’s that simple you can have a $200 payment on 100k car. However you’ll be making a mistake buying a new bmw,Audi or merc with a large down payment. These car loose over 50% value over 5-6yrs. You’ll be better off leasing. A 2016-17 m4 right now Will cost 35-45k. Brand new that was 70-90k. You’ll be upside down now if u bought one brand new.

And of course, the terrorizing M5 CS (BMW's fastest vehicle ever), I'm not sure the M4 Comp is worth that price tag. 2k a month for a stylized track car may be fun for high rollers, but just as much fun can be had with older model bimmers out on the track too.

    Never finance a auto loan through a car dealership. Credit Union rates are about 1.75% points lower. Your rate is actually higher than 6.2 percent. The true cost of the loan is determined by the Annual Percentage Rate. (APR). So you are effectively paying more than the 6.2 percentage points. It's a simple interest auto loan and a smart idea to pay it off early.
    Very nice car, Will. But why Finance the add-ons like PPF, effectively rolling it into the the principal as opposed to having it done after the purchase?

    My worried is about the turbo in long term. Not being a rich guy able to change the car every two years I'm evaluating to get one of these and owned for at least 10 years. Nowadays high performance means to push a small engine to its limit with one or two turbos. I'm wondering what is the lifespan expectation with this stress technique. Instead of the old school and long last V8. This simple fact is making me to hesitate to purchase this or a V8 (almost in phase out in the market). Any advise? or experience to share?

    That's about right. Mine was like 101k and then with the tax, 108k. I have an M3 Comp though. Dravit/Orange/carbon interior. Love it. Not everyone likes the carbon buckets in the m4 because they've had problems with them so you probably did the right thing. I guess the seat back isn't as sturdy or something, or maybe the owner was too fat lol. In my m3 they are solid. It's an expensive car, and then in the state I live in, the insurance is ridiculous even with no tickets/accidents, so if you were totaling in everything financed over here per month, it would probably be around 2300-2400 a month. I pay my insurance in full so I get a few hundred off that though. I ended up paying cash for the car too because it was someone else's build they backed out of, it was in another state and I wasn't waiting for it. LOL I have no regrets. Your color was originally what I wanted with red inside, but when I saw mine, I had to have it because of how odd it was. I don't even look at other cars anymore. I'm really happy. You can't go wrong with the m3 comp or the m4 comp. They're just excellent all around.

    Dig the video but I'm so confused as to why you put so little down if you were gonna pay it off in 6 months. It makes sense if the extra money you could have paid you put in some sort of investment that somehow is paying more than 6.3%. and if you put more down to get lower payments, you could reinvest that difference. Or better yet, why not take a 7 year loan for cheaper payments and still pay it off in 6mo. I'm so confused at the strategy here.
    I just bought a 2019 X6M with 17k miles, 1 owner, no accidents for 62k all in (taxes/fees). Traded my paid off tundra for 22k and put 40k cash. No payments. 2k/mo for a car just blows my mind and I make decent money ~380-420k/yr
    Am I missing something obvious?

    • @WillMotivation
      @WillMotivation  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Good question. I am always investing and usually the investments I make in real estate do make more than 6.3% but the biggest reason I did not put more money down is because I still had my old m4 which was paid off and I was waiting to get it sold to then out that money towards my new m4 👍🏽

    Full collision required for financing as well. That payment’s if you have A1 credit too. Assuming his loan is 60 to 72 months too. I’m like 30 seconds into the video just assuming all this based on hearing the monthly payment. This man has good credit, listen to what he’s saying. He wants to pay some interest. Wow, he just said he has a 790 I knew it. I feel he coulda done better than 6% though. I know he could have. Must of been an incentive financing through BMW financial. Remember everyone’s situation is different. The way he bought his int the way you’d buy yours. To each is their own depending on how many months the financing’s along with how long it’ll take you to pay the entire principle of that, your credit score, and who you’re financing through based upon your qualified interest rate. These three things decide whether or not you get robbed for one of these cars or whether you’ll do fine.
