    imagine you build internal teams and allocate them fixed budget let them compete finally awarding the best with with highest utilisation gets awarded it's more of a fun activity ❤

    All the percentage that I'm hearing is of Millennials, but what about Gen Z which is the future and very crucial topic to understand, and comparatively they have been very different interms of their expectations from the work culture.
