One difficulty we've seen stems from global companies that have so many different social impact programs/projects but each team doesn't know what is going on overall or there is a guiding strategy for the entire organization. Outside corporations, one additional observation is there are so many causes that sometimes the focus can shift based on what's happening in the world. Constantly shifting focus sometimes means some causes become less a priority when there is still a significant need.
