I submerge my mugs is room temperature water after it comes out of my press to stop the sublimation. When I remove the paper the image seems to look a lot sharper than letting it sit to cool. P.s.: I think you need to use some paper under your transfer when you’re adding the backing to prevent the glue from smearing on your press.

Ok I have had so much trouble with getting the adhesive to stick. Watching this makes me think it may have been the pressure and I didn’t know I could redo it. Nice work. Have you tried your laser printer for your cups? You could have put your name on with it. Hard substrate paper for laser printer.

I love your videos. You have truly truly aspire me to move forward in the printing environment. I am in the market now for a printer. I am working with Ricoma to finance the white toner Luminaris 200 but I have been watching Digital Heat FX social media. I know you been in this business for a long time and you more hands on with all these printer equipments. Have you worked with Digital Heat FX or what equipment would you recommend. I want a machine that works with all colors t-shirts as well as all fabric such as cotton and polyester. Please advise!!

The only thing I don't like about these white toner machines is that t-shirts only last about 30 washes before they start to deteriorate...

Hi girl God bless you I already wash this video 2 times trading to catch the moment you apply to the shirt. I do the a and b step okay but when I apply into the sirt a d weigh for the cool peeling it get so hard glue to the fabric a d is so hard to removed sometime it takes away some of the ink any idea what I'm doing wrong? Help please 🙏🙏
I have a much slower video and more detailed in my other white toner. just clock the videos at the end of this one or search under videos. Are you using a white toner as well? I have never had that happen.
Katrina I am having so many problems with easy subli paper with mask. I can’t get the image to lift onto the mask. I didn’t mirror. I hovered over for 30 seconds at 315 and left to dry overnight. Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong. I have scraped and scraped with card and it just won’t come off the printer sheet onto the mask. Thank you in advance

Gotta love life dancing and smiling. But my presence is always the easiest method. The white toner is great and quick but not the softest. It’s really boils down to your budget and what method you want to choose. Sublimation is great if you can find the shirts

I also use the Luminaris 200 Software and I'm about to sell that sucker because I cannot get images that has white in it to print, it comes out clear but then I see you have white within your images so I certainly don't know what I'm doing wrong and customer service didn't seem to help me much on that issue. I'm using PNG and TiFF/TiF files. What are you doing to get the white to print?

I get mines from heat transfer warehouse. You can try DHGate but they are expensive you have to charge more
i really enjoyed y9ou video but i have a question. Is the difference in using the white toner machine and sublimation is that you have to press the glue on the back of your design? It seems that there are a lot of steps you have to do using the white toner machine.
You cant sublimate on a black shirt
There are a few differences. But yes this is a 2 step process if merging the papers and then pressing and it goes on any fabric and even hard surfaces. Sublimation can only be pressed on polyester .

Hi sister blessings I fi d out wath hapen to me was the paper wrong side. Another question did you know if the craft paper losses the wax ?? How many time I can use it. I was doing some shirts and the las 3 when I pull the paper the ink came off on some areas and damage the shirt ?? Thankyou for any advice in advance🙏😃

Hi Katrina just a quick question the luminaris white toner printer is the software that runs the printer compatible with the MacBook pro computer?
The software for it is the Lumin Rip. I show it in the other videos. At the end card of the video you can click the link and view it there.

To sell transfers? The cost would be more than $2 not really worth it because Etsy charges so many fees and for me to press them and get them right every time to sell them, package them would be really expensive. It would be cheaper if you bought like TKO transfers to be honest

No you can not interchange the paper
Does it give you much better quality and touch than Sublimation HTV for example? I mean it's way more expensive and probably easier and faster to use but does it exceed the quality of a printable or sublimation HTV? ☺ There is so many technologies to choose from when it comes to printing Shirts and stuff but you just can't feel the quality through the video.. :D Someone should sell small kits where you can see and feel every technologies in a little pack... 😅
I don’t like the feel better it’s just a different technique like you said makes it easier but not as soft

Omg, doing anything large volume with white toner is a nightmare… it isn’t a good machine either since the colors are dull; do yourself a favor and get a decent dtf with an ink maintenance system and you will be fine just like you are with the white toner. This is coming from someone who owns an iColor 800w

@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 LOL, you have no black toner, you need to set a special color code just to print what the eye thinks is black but is really the darkest navy blue you have ever seen. your white toner printer is CMYW, a DTF printer has CMYK+W, even if you replace the color values in ProRip, it’s still dull. It isn’t anything you did wrong, it’s a bottle neck of white toner printers in general. I’ve done the test because I own both machines… I also took the white toner master class, so I know what I’m doing with my 800w. My customers spoke, and I listened and now my jobs are increasing by the day…. when you see the difference in reds, yellows, greens, and yes WHITES you will see that I was right.
Try to do 160 shirts with the white toner printer and tell me you have no wasted shirts and no wasted A/B sheets. Even in your video you had a slight issue with the peel. I thought my colors were bright too until you see they are not.. you think I’m lying? Check out My tiktok @brand_your_life if you think I don’t know what I’m doing. My prints are much more complex that what you’ve printed in this video. Much more detail.
Plus, if you look at ANY other TH-camr who owns both machines, they too will tell you the same thing I did. Sorry the truth hurts, but I was giving you some good advice, especially since I have the best printer uninet offers. Good luck though!

I'm getting so much coming in that my Excel spreadsheet isn't cutting it anymore. I'm starting to miss things and I want to make sure everything is noted and deadlines are met. But mostly to track the cash! lol
What website are you using to sell products? Your website should be keeping track of orders.

Yes. I have some other videos that gives more info. You can use these transfers on any shirt.
Katrina, I am struggling with the marrying process. In your video, did you press the a and b for 300 seconds? In your past videos you said 120seconds. Help!
I accidentally pressed it for 300 seconds one time and it doesn’t hurt. But you press the platens first to heat the bottom platen. 300 seconds then press the transfers for 120 seconds.
Yeah I was shook about that...when I heard 300 seconds
So white toner doesn't need as much maintenance as dtf

Katrina make more videos with your white toner, I have the same machine and same heat presser, question I thought it was 120 🤔 I see you do 300 seconds, also what kind of teflon paper you use ? Same that comes with machine? Have you done any other projects with this printer ?
I heated the bottom platen for 300 seconds first and I accidentally pressed the transfers for 300 seconds too...it's supposed to be 120 but it was still fine. Came out even better. lol. And I want to do some hard surfaces with the white tone next. Coming soon
