      Dabrowski always said there are ways to make the most out of your overexcitabilities - the best way is to use your imagination to dream of what your authentic self should look like 😊✨

    I know a lucid dream trick that works. Ask yourself outloud throughout the day, maybe 6x or so, "Am I dreaming?" Then observe reality and answer yourself, "no, I'm not." Do this many days in a row, maybe for a week or two. Eventually, you will have an unpleasant dream and will ask yourself in the dream, "Am I dreaming?" and you can answer, "yes!". At that point, my subconscious was able to control "the bad guys" in my dream or make myself fly away. I swear in the last 15 or so years I've had zero nightmares and only had to train that initial time, but if they came back, I'd start the practice again.
