Haneda Airport is truly impressive with its modern design, efficient services, and a welcoming atmosphere. It's a fantastic gateway to Japan that sets the stage for a great travel experience.
Hi. Tony-san😄I really think so. With new facilities opening soon, it's going to become an even more enjoyable airport. By the way, when I went to that spot at Tokyo Tower early this morning, there was no one there. Next time you visit, let's take a photo there.
Wow I have been to Haneda airport many times and always thought Narita has a lot more things. This is so interesting. I will definitely have to spend more time next time I’m at Haneda airport. Thank you. It would be great if you would do something like this for Narita and Chitose too because I thought Chitose airport was the most amazing airport that I have ever been to, and I have been to a LOT of airports 😅.
Hi You-san Thanks for the kind comment! I'm glad my Haneda Airport video was helpful to you, a seasoned traveler! Also, thanks for the new video idea! I didn't know the Chitose Airport was so nice! I've used it a few times, but I only boarded planes and saw only the souvenir shops.😅 I'll take my time to explore it next time!
Yes, New Chitose Airport is very nice. It too has excellent shopping and restaurants. Many years ago I went to a kaitenzushi, perhaps my first or second time ever ti a kaitenzushi, and I was greatly impressed. Hokkaido has great seafood, and this kaiten had pretty good seafood. Hokkaido is also famous for dairy products,(cheese, ice cream, etc) including chocolate. Royce Chocolate has a nice chocolate store at New Chitose.
@@GetToKnowJapanTogether Yes, the airport has an onsen, a theater, and a lot of amazing shops with fresh seafood for souvenir too. My friend also recommended Biei Senka corn bread and it was amazing. I had to wait in line 3 times though because they always sell out immediately every hour, but it was so worth it. 😊
Wow- I know because of serious health problems, I can't travel anymore, but it looks like airports have changed a LOT in the last 30 plus years! And it looks like for the better! Of course, the Japanese would be the best at making the airport a go to destination in and of itself. No need to fly. Not sure I could say that about the numerous airports I've been to. That would include JFK and LaGuardia in NYC, O'Hare in Chicago, Baltimore/Washington, or even Honolulu in Hawaii! I was happy to get food from a fast food chain, and prepackaged overpriced snacks. Also, the views of Fuji-san can't be beat! So impressive!
Hello Douglas-san, Thank you for always leaving comments. I had no idea you were dealing with a serious illness🥺You've always been so supportive of me, and I had been looking forward to showing you around Japan when you visited. Is there a specific Japanese landscape you'd like to see? If it's within my budget, I'll do my best to capture it on video for you. I hope you recover soon and stay blessed❤
Haneda Airport is truly a great airport and my preferred choice in the Kanto region due to its convenient location to both Tokyo and Yokohama. Like Tokyo Station, Haneda Airport is a destination in of itself. I purposely go hours earlier to both locations when departing Tokyo in order to stroll around, shop, and eat. Speaking of Tokyo Station, the original red brick station on its Marunouchi side is a beautiful architectural gem. I really like both the Marunouchi and Yaesu areas around Tokyo Station. I happened upon your site yesterday, and I enjoyed watching some of your vids. They are very informative, concise, and not too long in length. By the way, I noticed several vids regarding Tohoku. Not many foreign tourists visit Tohoku, and that’s both good and bad. It’s good because it doesn’t suffer from over tourism, but it’s also bad because a reasonable amount of tourism would help the local economies, especially the rural areas. Do you have some connection with Tohoku?
Hi Rickard-san😁Thank you for finding my video and sharing your thoughts! I used to work in the travel section of JR East, so I had the opportunity to visit the Tohoku area frequently. Tohoku's local cuisine and hot springs are truly remarkable, and as you mentioned, it's not overly crowded, which adds to its charm.😉 Thanks to the recent spotlight on Morioka by the New York Times, Tohoku seems to be more popular with foreign tourists than ever before! I also agree with you about the splendor of Haneda Airport and Tokyo Station!
Hello. Thanks for the video. It was very interesting. For some reason, this airport is more like a large shopping center, and not a station for traveling by airplanes.😅 Thanks again, looking forward to the next video.
Ohayo gozaimasu, Aston-san😃 You're right, Haneda Airport does indeed feel like a massive shopping center😁But, perhaps because it's an airport, the prices are higher than regular shopping centers, so I just enjoyed some window shopping 🤣 Next time, I plan to make a video about autumn leaves🍁 Ще раз дякуємо і бажаємо чудових вихідних
