Did my fed time in Morgan Town.heard game's like we were there.i rock WVU.like there basketball a lil better than football.my bunkey.was from Charleston he love football had pics from bowl game's.
Winning the Game, Awesome…. Seeing Tom Herman have to lose with grace...……...PRICELESS!!!!! One of his players tried to cause a problem at the end but it was thwarted quickly.
I'm so happy for the Mountaineers! I'm going to echo what most everyone has said, and that is that these referees are beyond disgrace. Yes, there were some calls that were correct, but can you even believe the amount of yardage penalized? I saw it below: It is as follows: WVU: 14 penalties 120 yards(two defensive holding bogus calls and more) Texas: 7 penalties 64 yards WVU took DOUBLE the penalties than Texas. I was sick of hearing, "Texas Tea," etc. Not that I do not want Texas, or any other team, to be treated fairly, but how about using some slogans for Texas' opponents. It's disgusting to me, because I love this sport and respect those who play it fairly enormously. I was cursing at my TV. I'm going to have to pray, find a Buddha, cook some food, follow Confuscius' advisements and maybe light a candle. Holy Haters, Batman. These guys need to get favorites out of their minds and judge fairly. It's beginning to look like boxing - cheating and unfair scorecards that no one can figure out, even those sitting ringride. You go Mountaineers! One-point win is a W nonetheless. PROUD OF YOU!
One of the best if not the best games I've watched seems like just yesterday this happened I think they could hear me screaming in Texas from mannington WV when we converted that 2 point conversion what id give to see wvu football like this again let's gooooo Mountaineers
Hell we would've beat Texas last year if it wasn't for Grier getting hurt. But I do gotta say Texas was alot better this year and we got lucky by making that 2 point conversion cause it would've went into overtime. So I'm not saying Texas or West Virginia is better, we were basically even as u can get.
What I dont understand is that every where I have read and heard they say the timeout was called before sills caught the ball..they dont say it was called before the snap of the ball but instead before sills caught the ball which means the timeout should not have been recognized
Refs pre-game: "No, coach we won't be throwing any flags for 'horns down' today" Refs during game: threw several personal foul flags on WVU for displaying horns down gestures
The only thing I dontike is how they are making it all about Grier...grier this and grier that..hell on the two point conversion it was oh look how great and amazing grier is and how clutch he is...let's all completely forget that the wide corner on that side was occupied with sills and the safety that had been put on that side was looking behind him to see where sill was which was why that safety was flat footed in the middle of the endzone and wasnt able to get over...but ok🤷♂️🤷♂️🙄
If you watch the clock at the end of the game there was 16 seconds before Grier snapped the ball, then ran two steps in the middle and then ran around the left side into the endzone. Yet, the clock did not move. The clock showed 16 seconds after he scored a TD. What's up with this BS? You mean to tell me that no seconds went off the clock on a play that took at least 2 maybe 3 seconds to run? Let's just call this the Austin special Daylight Savings Time effect - instead of turning clocks back 1 hour - the play clock mysteriously doesn't move for 3 seconds at the end of a football game when the home team appears to lose. You might want to change the batteries UT.
@@iwineverygame1995 So WVU did not want to renew his contract? I would think his success would have made the WVU admin. eager to offer him another contract. is there something I am missing here?
@@leifjohnson617 Read an article. His success was 7 or 8 wins a year. He knew the team was going to fall off bad in 2019 and that's his contract season. He wasn't going to to be re-signed, and it saved WVU over a million to have both mutually part ways. He goes where he's happy and secure, and we get the coach we were going to hire a year early. Wins all around.
@@iwineverygame1995 OK...thanks for the info. That was a pretty exciting team so I was kind of shocked when I heard Holgorsen left WVU. Now I know why.

Gus Johnson is a great announcer. He makes some of the best calls in sports. You should check out some if his NCAA Tourney calls, amazing. My point? Hes just a fan of sports and loves great games. You could say hes cheering for both teams.
Chuck, what game were you watching? Sure as hell wasn't this one. Those two guys are some of the best in the bizz. Neither showed any bias. Show a time stamp where he was sukin up Texas.
It's a great day to be a Mountaineer wherever you may be.

Great game 🤘🏻 hehehehehe
I want to see footage that shows the Texas coach called Timeout before the snap.
Greg Adams you can see him call it at the bottom of the screen before the snap
Me 2 that shit has 2 be close my man.
4th quarter 9:38 Texas should’ve gone for first down!!
So why did Holgorsen leave WVU?
Because his contract wasn't going to be renewed after this year.
