Don't be scared, Mosley is back and the key to the game is the same as all the rest. Stop the run and run at will. If the Bears can't stop the Lions run game they are cooked.
🗣💨 My father, RIP, was a season ticket holder for over 26 years. I have bared witness to the Greg Laundry, Mel Farr, Billy Sims, as well as every team thereafter. THIS TEAM is by far the greatest Detroit Lions team ever assembled.
The Lions laid down a defensive Masterpiece against the Colts. No reason to think they can't repeat that. It's our line and our two great linebackers. I agree that this is the best Lions team I've ever seen in 53 years of watching them. We had a couple of really great defenses that were close to them and a couple of offenses too - but never the two have met until now.
Agree. One of those tough defenses from the past had Al "Bubba" Baker on the edge. Think he had something like 20 sacks in one season. Just think if this current Lions team had all their defensive starters healthy. This unit would be every bit as devastating as the offense.
I wouldn't call it a masterpiece. It was good for sure but we got a lot of help from the Clots with penalties that put them in long yardage situations, not to mention the dropped passes. But we'll take it.
As a young boy I would covet the Sunday papers and cut out photos of my favorite teams and way back then (1955) for some reason I have been a Detroit Lions fan, a Homer, and hell yes, this is the best team I’ve ever seen by far. At 79 still a Homer and proud fanboy. Go Lions!
Absolutely the best team the Detroit Lions have ever assembled PERIOD ! They are odds on favorite to win the SUPERBOWL. They have the leagues best point differential. The best offensive line, the best running back duo, arguably the most accurate passer. They set records weekly both team and NFL
This Lions team isn't just the best I've ever seen but the most enjoyable and entertaining!!! There has always been one or two Lion favorites as far as player(s) But this team has several Favorites!!! Gibbs, Monte, Hutch, Anzalone', LaPorta, Jamo, St. Brown, Patrick, Bates, Branch and I can keep Going!!! Its CRAZY !!! Offense Defense Special teams... Its all good...
I'm 138 years old and if anyone should know how good this Lions team is compared to Lions teams of the past it's " ME !! ".. Team of 24 officially the Best..
Growing up in Michigan I watched a lot of Detroit Lions football. I’m now 62 years old and can definitely say that this is the best Detroit Lions team I’ve ever seen.
Dude.. no win is easy. And when people say things like that it aggravates our players. They put so much time and effort into these wins for us. And when you say it was easy is a slap in the face.
You know EXACTLY how the Lions defense ends up so battered amd beat up. They play smash mouth football and put their bodies on the line. Just like the people of Detroit (and the sprawling Metropolitan area/suburbs)
45. Best team I've ever seen. We're lucky to have Sun God after Dumbell Dan decided out of 53 guys, Saint should be returning punts. Not very thought out Coach. Bet he wouldn't do that if he sat through 45 seasons in this town. Love him, but much more impressed with AG & BJ & these players. Sorry.
I HAVE BEEN A FAN SINCE 1972 AND WENT TO A GAME IN THE PONTIAC SILVER DOME WHERE THEY BEAT THE ATLANTA FALCONS SO THIS IS THE BEST DETROIT LIONS TEAM OF ALL TIME THEY ARE SUPER DEEP IN TALENT AND THEY SHOULD START CALLING THE DEFENSE THE NO NAME DEFENSE
Don’t care how we do it but we need to break this losing streak on thanksgiving and turn this into a weapon to stack wins and get 10 days off. Even though it’s not till next week because we play next Thursday too. Then we get the extra break.
He might do damage early on but Lions defense has been able to adjust and get better as game goes on. So early on just need to minimize damage he does til get things figured out.
Until today, the 1957 Lions were the best team I ever saw play. 4 HOF players - Joe Schmidt, Yale Lary, Lou Creekmur and Bobby Layne plus greats like Doak Walker and Jimmy David
I think every game proves a point. Colts defense actually did pretty good imo . Jared Goff didn’t get a touchdown and st brown didn’t. Even when you stop them we also have other things we can hurt you with . Crazy
James Houston owned the Bears and their mobile QB two years ago. Would love to see that again. I’m not worried about the old AG can’t handle the running QB thing now.
If the 90s Lions had Dan Campbell and his staff back then they may have been close to as good the current team. The aggressive play calling would have really helped those teams. With that being a fiction this Lions team is without a doubt the best I’ve ever seen. (52 years old)
By far as a whole meaning team players and compatibility and depth this is the best Lions team since I've been a fan that goes back to 1979. Brad Holmes is the backbone and brain that Barry and Megatron needed in their eras
I have seen Bobby Lane, Doak Walker, Pat Harder, & Bob Hornschmeyer in the backfield & Vince Banonis (center) & Jim Doran @ wide receiver. On the defense they had Les Bingamin (middle guard) & John Prchlk & Thurman McGraw @ tackles. In the defensive backfield were Dick "Night Train" Lane, Texas Bob Smith, Tulsa Bob Smith &, I think, Carl Karalevic in the 1950s. This was a formidable crew!!
Best team I've seen by far. Now I've seen better players, Barry and Megatron, but they didn't have a complete team around them, or anywhere near the depth we have. And i think the huge difference has been the front office, Sheila, Brad and Dan.
Started working for Meijer this year, who was founded in 1934. Lions having a historic run for first time since 1934. This is all because of me, you’re welcome.
Craig. Did you watch the Bears game? The acetone kid was air mailing passes. Him and AR are both not accurate. Bears have better WRs. But that’s the difference
You know whos meeting your mobile QB. ....LB Jack Campbell right in the hole...thats a big dude....hes shutting it down ...hes the reason Detroit will beat the eagles when they meet....Barkley likes that inside running and Jacks got it on lock
Anthony Richardson and caleb dont share enough similarities to say that our prep for the colts will translate well into this week’s play. W our injuries and their defense, this will likely be a dogfight. This will be our toughest challenge yet, make no mistake about it
this is the best lions team by far and i've been watching since billy sims days. its not even close. you could argue other teams had better individual players but this is the best team, coaches, front office without question. start building a statue for dan campbell, brad holmes, and spielman now
It's that STUPID TURF that the Lions play on that's what imo causes all these injuries. Build a new stadium and play on grass. Put a retractable roof on it , but we need to. Ove back to grass
I don’t think it’s particularly close. The early 90’s was really good O-Line play and Barry being Barry. I recall an article that was written at the time that made the point that the Lions and Cowboys were going to be the teams to beat for several years. Very correct on the Cowboys, not so much here. God, just imagine if Megatron were on this team in his prime.
I heard Davis is likely able to play we get Arnold back and Mosley back. I’m only worried about a pass rush so Williams can’t stand back there and pick us apart
Don't be scared, Mosley is back and the key to the game is the same as all the rest. Stop the run and run at will. If the Bears can't stop the Lions run game they are cooked.
My dad is 90 and he says its the best team he's seen. And he saw the championship teams in the 50's.
Cheers to your pops 🦁
My great grand dad is 94 and says the same thing
I'm 87 and this the best lions team, I have ever seen.
This team is easily the best iteration of a Lion's team ever. Have been a fan for 50 years. Easily! Go Lions! 😎😎😎
Oh I don't know, one of the Charlie Batch teams was ok....YES, this is easily the best Lions team I have ever seen, 16 - 5 on the road! Go Lions!
@@j-dog9800 Charlie Batch. 😁😆😅😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lions fan since 1979 (I remember Jeff Komlo) and I can confirm your comment.
@detroitpolak9904 Holy smacks! Jeff Komlo. You remember Komlo. You are a true fan if you can remember Jeff Komlo. 😎😎😎
@ Ha! He was the first Lions player football card I ever got (Topps) I should’ve kept it. I bet mint condition would get 10 cents no problem.
Best Detroit Lions roster I've ever seen!!! Definitely best coaching staff and administration ever!!!❤❤❤
🗣💨 My father, RIP, was a season ticket holder for over 26 years. I have bared witness to the Greg Laundry, Mel Farr, Billy Sims, as well as every team thereafter. THIS TEAM is by far the greatest Detroit Lions team ever assembled.

the 1991 Lions are my all time favorite team but this year is the best
As a young boy I would covet the Sunday papers and cut out photos of my favorite teams and way back then (1955) for some reason I have been a Detroit Lions fan, a Homer, and hell yes, this is the best team I’ve ever seen by far. At 79 still a Homer and proud fanboy. Go Lions!
I Did It It YEARS BEFORE Of YOUNG YOUNGEF GUYS.... BLESSINGS TO TO MICHIGAN TEAM'S ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Lifelong Lions fan here, and I can say without a doubt this is the best overall Lions team.
Absolutely the best team the Detroit Lions have ever assembled PERIOD ! They are odds on favorite to win the SUPERBOWL. They have the leagues best point differential. The best offensive line, the best running back duo, arguably the most accurate passer. They set records weekly both team and NFL
Been watching the the Lions for over fifty years this the best I've seen
I think this lions team could go down as one of the best team's in NFL history 🤞
This Lions team isn't just the best I've ever seen but the most enjoyable and entertaining!!! I’ve been watching the Lions since the early 70s. (As a teenager). This is what you call a true TEAM We have never had what we have now.
I’m 38 and yes this is definitely the best Detroit Lions team I’ve ever seen.
I'm 138 years old and if anyone should know how good this Lions team is compared to Lions teams of the past it's " ME !! "..
Team of 24 officially the Best..
I'm 92 years old, and this is the best Lions team I've ever seen!
Growing up in Michigan I watched a lot of Detroit Lions football. I’m now 62 years old and can definitely say that this is the best Detroit Lions team I’ve ever seen.
This is the best team, hands down.💯👏🏿
The lions are the best like Barry Sanders. We are privileged to witness it.
This team is filled with skill players. I don't want to sound sacrilegious but it's like having Barry and Sims in the same backfield.
Been a fan since they drafted Billy Sims. Haven't seen them quite this good! Injuries are getting scary tho!
Best ever Lions team and I hope the heck they can put Vildor on the practice squad
We're beat up on the D. Very thin. Vildor is 3rd string at best.
Hopefully Mosley gets some snaps.
Lions D did not give up a TD and Vildor was part of that D.
Dude.. no win is easy.
2024 Lions GOAT! I go back to Greg Landry, starting QB in the early 70's. I've seen more than a few seasons.
I'm 39 and been a fan since '96. This is by far the best Lions team I've seen in my life.
I'm 64 years old and this is the best Lions team I've ever watched!
I've been following the Lions since the late 1970's. This is the best team I've ever seen.
Sorry.
Been following the Lions for about 40 years. This team is by far the best I've seen
I HAVE BEEN A FAN SINCE 1972 AND WENT TO A GAME IN THE PONTIAC SILVER DOME WHERE THEY BEAT THE ATLANTA FALCONS
SO THIS IS THE BEST DETROIT LIONS TEAM OF ALL TIME
THEY ARE SUPER DEEP IN TALENT AND THEY SHOULD START CALLING THE DEFENSE
THE NO NAME DEFENSE
I am 107 and this is the greatest team ever 😊
Don’t care how we do it but we need to break this losing streak on thanksgiving and turn this into a weapon to stack wins and get 10 days off. Even though it’s not till next week because we play next Thursday too. Then we get the extra break.
I'm 65.and wow..best team and Goff gonna break all Stafford records.
This is the most complete, depth having, formidable, accurate, competitive, built in house team ever.
He might do damage early on but Lions defense has been able to adjust and get better as game goes on. So early on just need to minimize damage he does til get things figured out.
Yes - But 91 with B. Sanders was really good.
Until today, the 1957 Lions were the best team I ever saw play. 4 HOF players - Joe Schmidt, Yale Lary, Lou Creekmur and Bobby Layne plus greats like Doak Walker and Jimmy David
Yes this team is the best I’ve seen and I’ve been a fan since the 70’s
This year's team! They have lost so many on the defense but are still putting up some numbers. They didn't do that last year.
It's Mosley time.....
This is the best team the Lions ever had! Hands down
I think every game proves a point. Colts defense actually did pretty good imo . Jared Goff didn’t get a touchdown and st brown didn’t. Even when you stop them we also have other things we can hurt you with . Crazy
46 yrs old and its clearly the best I've seen...it's almost surreal!#OnePride
The '24 Lions are better than the Washington team that beat the Lions in 91-92
James Houston owned the Bears and their mobile QB two years ago. Would love to see that again. I’m not worried about the old AG can’t handle the running QB thing now.
James Houston is a one of the best
If the 90s Lions had Dan Campbell and his staff back then they may have been close to as good the current team. The aggressive play calling would have really helped those teams. With that being a fiction this Lions team is without a doubt the best I’ve ever seen. (52 years old)
Its obviously the best lions team we've ever seen.
The AH injury was devastating, but it helped bring the defence together
Bears are not as bad as people think, there kicker has been letting them down Go Lions
This is my far the best Lions team ever! Exciting time to be a Lions' fan.
we get so hurt because how tuff we play its a double edge sword
Of course this is the best Lions team I've seen. There's no comparison.🦁
Did you see Raymond hit 3rd gear? And he scored. History
This team has GRIT, the 90's teams had Sanders.
Best ever!!! NUFF SAID!
Best Tight end squad best coaching best everything! The only thing that could improve this lions team is number one health!!! Number 2 Barry Sanders!
Yes, this is the best Lions team ever! I watched the Lions from the 1970’s on.
By far as a whole meaning team players and compatibility and depth this is the best Lions team since I've been a fan that goes back to 1979. Brad Holmes is the backbone and brain that Barry and Megatron needed in their eras
The best team I have ever seen.
CD 3 was on the excorsize bike last night hes fine
I've been watching them since the 50s and this is not only the best Lions team, but the best football team ever!
Yes, This is the best lions team I've ever seen.
We need someone else out there besides Vildor. He was gettin cooked against WR’s that are not as good as Chicagos.
The colts scored 6 points. Yards do not matter.
Agree. I hear Moseley may be close to being back.
@@adgee5401All about the red zone.
@@adgee5401 they will when someone breaks one and Vildor playing 15 yards off. Dude is absolute trash.
They should put Safety help on whoever Vildor covers.
I remember as far back as 1972. Yes, this is the best team we have ever had.
Well after 50 years of drafting top 5 I would hope you’d eventually have a good team
I predicted 14-3 this year. I'm not surprised so far.
Absolutely the best Lion's team ever
This is the best lion team in my lifetime . Been liesning since 1970...
Best I've ever seen 😊
Easily the best Lions team ever.
I have seen Bobby Lane, Doak Walker, Pat Harder, & Bob Hornschmeyer in the backfield & Vince Banonis (center) & Jim Doran @ wide receiver. In the defensive backfield were Dick "Night Train" Lane, Texas Bob Smith, Tulsa Bob Smith &, I think, Carl Karalevic in the 1950s. This was a formidable crew!!

Justin Fields is better than the Acetone kid.
im gonna cry when they win...
1957 team was loaded with talent like this one, at almost every position.
Is it me or did he not say what the 'big boost' was? Hate these sites that try to lure you in with fake headlines.
Does anyone ask themselves more questions and then answer those questions? No.
This team is 🔥 fire.no doubt best team ever
82 And this is the best I have seen.
This is the best team I seen!!🦁
As of right now I'd have to say the lions have the best team not only in team history but league history as well.....as of now
Had some great talent in the 90s, but not near the depth.
This is the lineup everyone will talk about for ages. I hope it's not short-lived.
Young team. Great front office and coaches. Built to win.
You know whos meeting your mobile QB. ....LB Jack Campbell right in the hole...thats a big dude....hes shutting it down ...hes the reason Detroit will beat the eagles when they meet....Barkley likes that inside running and Jacks got it on lock
Best team ever
It will be a tough game because all division games are tougher. Hope they find someone else besides Vildor. He is awful.
I believe the 1st NFL game on TV was in 1932 or 34. Can't remember exactly. It was the only one that year. 😂
Yes it's the best team and I am 70's old.
Anthony Richardson and caleb dont share enough similarities to say that our prep for the colts will translate well into this week’s play. W our injuries and their defense, this will likely be a dogfight. This will be our toughest challenge yet, make no mistake about it

Happy thanksgiving😊
I say the best..their record speaks 4. itself...and let dude get well so he can smoke in the playoffs
So TRUE
It's that STUPID TURF that the Lions play on that's what imo causes all these injuries. Build a new stadium and play on grass. Put a retractable roof on it , but we need to. Ove back to grass
Baker can surprisingly run good too.
This is the best Lions team ever
