Hey bud. I'm running 3 6 gram rollers with 3 11 gram rollers on a malossi variator for the aerox 100 Stage 6 medium rear spring Malossi delta clutch with red springs. Exhaust is a windjammer 100cc grand axis exhaust (works with aerox 100 engine) Cylinder is a 56mm ported taida liquid cooled cylinder with triple exhaust ports i raised by 1.7 mm and widened by 2mm. Along with widened transfer ports. Carburetor is a pwk 24mm with a 125 main jet and 38 pilot jet. Going to go 28mm in a few days and try out 0-30 numbers.
@Ben Kr an absolute success. Runs much better with the 28mm compared to the 24mm in every aspect of perform. Pilot is a 40 with a 125 main jet with a polini airbox.
You need the 16mm mvt ignition from an apex 90 atv as the 13mm ones won't fit the 100 engines. But the jog 90 and apex 90s, and aerox 100 engines share the same taper size on the flywheel.

What timing are you running?
38 degrees advance until it drops to 11 degrees around 11k rpms
