Even this scam happened with us they told from Flipkart and started scamming we also reported to police they didn't help us we lost amount.. And our is middle class small family, we didn't even had money to serve until next month salary humre saath tho bhot bura hua hai.. 😓 thank you for sharing your experience

You have taken a few pro active steps towards security and safeguarding your account and prevent any further identity thefts, which is good . I suggest you do the same for your e commerce website too.
Put up certain disclaimer or advisory notes where ever needed . No one should be able to scam your clients or pretend to be suppliers etc . Ensure that pyt gateways and packaging tracking is secured with end to end features . These funny people may even claim to have bought something from you in the past and want to return it to do some mischief.. basically get an insight to all these from an expert and get multi layer protection for your selves. Imagine someone calling your clients to offering them discounts on next purchase or next order and stuff like that . There should be absolutely no breach of client information, or customer number in public domain .

Bank ka bhi aisa scam tha... happened with me... they called and told me mera koi FD which matured in 2018 is still not claimed and for which i have to share some details so they can transfer it to my account which is in the same bank. I kept asking them questions as to the FD number jo bhai unhone share kiya. Muze pura shaq that so i went to the bank verified the FD no which was obviously fake. They shared a random number with me and asked me to whatsapp my adhaar n pan card copy. They kept calling me for a week sayin aapko apke paise nahi chahiye kya please share the details .

Nai bolege ap skype se call nai kregi and 2 lakh bhi le liye baad m jab usne yeh sab usne apne ghar m btaya tab unhone bhi police m complain ki
