Welcome to another day in our life, jaha hum hae the OMG 2 dekhne k lie, a nice movie I must say😃and then watch Abhineet dancing when he didnt knew I was actially recording him🤣uske bad mujhe itna request kia video hatane k lie ki kya batae and ended up the day with a very bad back ache🙁 which was not the plan ofcourse, I guess if I stress over, bend too much mujhe ye back pain wapas ajaega, ye mujheislie ehsas hua kyuki isdin maine kuch 5 min k lie ironing karli or iske bad raat bhar me back pain m hi jhulti rahi.

Akancha , get well soon . The only way to strengthen the back is to be active ( excerise) daily , strecthing and walk . As i have been suffering from back issues from past decade and i know how painful it gets , it only remains okay if i workout even a little bit regularly . please start that , it might help strengthening the back muscles which will slowly be able to take load .
