Ive given birth to two children. Sometimes, I also get the feeling of a baby moving inside my stomach and it really does feel very similar to the early kicks during pregnancy. But I KNEW I wasn't pregnant and don't suffer from any mental disorders that would cause this sort of struggle. I entirely understand why she is insisting she is feeling a baby and that her brain is refusing to accept anything else. I hope she is able to get some real long term help and sticks with whatever program she is put on!
Typically Schizophrenia shows a bit later in girls, mid 20’s to early 30’s. Total guess but she does seem to genuinely be suffering from some type of psychosis. Her Mother and Sister’s attitudes may be exacerbating her symptoms.

She wouldn’t live in my house. She would be some place where I visited her once a week. We love our kids, but I will never let my child make me feel unsafe in my home. She would be out of my house. Say what you want, but no one I gave birth to will disrespect me and fight me in my house!
It’s very easy to get an end of the story told by someone, but nothing is more believable than what one can see with their own eyes. In the case of a TH-cam recording there’s reservations even around what can be seen. The girl is clearly mentally unstable with the way she speaks, glad she’s got the services she needs at reach. However, the scan was not shown to her while she was having it, a picture of it was shown later in the show - that could have been anybody’s. Also, I have been pregnant and I also suffer from digestive problems which include flatulence issues. They look and feel nothing similar. Particularly, you don’t get someone with long-standing flatulence (long enough to think she’s pregnant) who looks otherwise as thin as her, usually the lack of normal digestion would cause some weight gain in other parts of the body, but her arms were as thin as sticks. I’m not saying she is pregnant, as I haven’t seen the proof for it or for not being pregnant, but maybe she’s got something more concerning than flatulence going on in her abdomen that might need investigation.
The people laughing at the girl when its obvious she has a mental disorder says an aweful lot about them. No compassion - No empathy - No understanding. That poor girl needs to be in a hospital - where people understand whats going on with her - not in a room with people who dont.

As a Midwife, I can say that some women continue to have light periods throughout pregnancy. It's not common, but it can happen. Hayley is completely delusional and psychotic. I'd be afraid to live with her in my home
I can tell you many moons ago I wasn’t smiling nor laughing, when pregnant with my son… when he would kick upwards and get his foot caught under my ribs! Very painful and not at all a nice feeling to smile adoringly about it then or now 11 years later. My love and Joy nevertheless.
Her mother and sister were right from the beginning that she wasn't pregnant and never had been. She had a lot of gas and bowel sounds. She really needs professional mental help ASAP. In my opinion she's just a very good actress.
