Hi,appreciate your video, very nice explanation,just wanted to know whare do I get master manager key ?, my installer disappear and I can't contact him and I got same systems at tow of my business, I'm stuck.
I found it in the Engineers menu 1111. Hit NO until COMMUNICATIONS then hit YES. You then get to App set-up where the system ID can be found. Also add the cloud password here.
Good alarm system unfortunately I've not had good experiences using mobile app . wether Apple , Samsung or even Xiaomi phones maybe developer's need to stress test functionality a bit more ??
@@dwainDigital The alarm is solid but the user interface on mobile apps is not rooted correctly! More than likely expect engineers to help you configure your device whilst they're servicing the alarm! I'm not sure if it's to do with developer options/ privileges or if it's just a 3rd party app not fully optimizatised??

What do you mean app password that was setup with the installer ?

What issues have you had? I'm about to purchase the Cameras from Hikvison and was considering the alarm as I want one app for both
