When you quote "₹900 per sqft", does that include starter bars, walls, ceilings, roofs, reinforcements as shown, rough-in electrical as shown, plastering with concrete mortar using your own equipment on all surfaces, sand, cement, labor, materials with the raw (unpainted) finish as shown?

be carefull here in RD Styrofoam buildings often get quick massive filtration problems. best is have a overhanging roof avoid flT roof or terraces. works only good wiht liftet concrete base and metall roof best is still use collums and Vigas.

The insulation core is flammable, but after plastering it won't catch fire, even with short circuit.

i noticed that these 3d houses dont have windows on four sides, is there a reason for this? for instance, the back of the house and one side of the house is always windowless. is this to cut costs due to the price of windows, or to strengthen the build?

Depends on type of construction and requirements of the structure, generally we use steel meshes and tmt bars for reinforcements, and 2 layers of plaster.

How long does it take to construct 2000 sq premium house
If construction is from underground foundation upto cement plaster finish house of 1000 to 5000 sqft construction area will complete under 3-4 months, depending on construction location, weather, availability of workers and raw materials.
If foundation and structure is ready it will complete within 30 days.

Sir, the core material is thermocol (polystyrene)? It can withstand upto which temperature?
Core material is only for insulation, strength comes from mesh and plaster, after plaster it creates thousands of micropillars in walls and thousands of microbeams on slab, that's why it's much stronger than conventional construction systems.
Many iit institutes and gov bodies have done so many tests on this including fire test for 120min at 1000 degree celsius.
And what about floods? Are the materials waterproof? Do you also use them in bathrooms?

Life is more than 100 years which is approved not only by Indian government and IIT institutions but from all over the world.. And there is no cost for repair, or maintenance.. Still if there is any it would be similar or even cheaper than a brick house.
