I forgot about the absolute gem of dialogue that was "How about you transform into a car and lickety-split me over there instead?" followed by "...I DON'T UNDERSTAND"
The Autobots not understanding that they were all cars thereby denying their inner car-ness so as to force the humans to travel on foot through a war zone was the most Decepticon thing about this entire movie.
That always pissed me off because one of the Autobots could've easily turned into a car, took Sam and Mikaela, drove them over to Optimus Prime's body, and revived him, but they make the two run across the battlefield and wasting precious time in the process.
The thing about Megatron killing Optimus is that he jumped him with 2 other dudes in the forest and stabbed/shot him in the back, so technically he isn't more powerful than the Fallen. We all know if Sam wasn't there no Decepticon would have left that forest in one piece.
Also megatron can be killed by a prime or any other bot while the fallen can onlg be killed by a prime so it really is like saying batman is more powerful than superman because batman can smash kryptonite with his bear hand but you canstill shab batman in the heart with some and he would be just as dead as superman would be

Don't count your chickens before they hatch. Rise of the Beasts hasn't come out yet and it looks like they're trying to imitate Bayhem, including weird voice lines, overly aggressive Optimus, except with better editing

It's nice to see you remastered this one. This is one of my favorite HISHE videos, and Optimus foreshadowing what happened to him in the film was hilarious. I know you guys get this a lot but I would like to see you cover the other Bay films, I'm ok if you don't and have other stuff planned. 🙂👍🤖🚗
About Megatron being more powerful than the Fallen: the Fallen was actually one of the original 12 Primes with him being Megatronus, the very Prime Megatron named himself after. In the movie they severely nerfed him due to the him having near unlimited power. He was on life support in the ship on one of Saturn’s moons.

@@fennekin1750thanks for the comment. Hotrod kind of indirectly did, he tackled Megatron when Prime was about to shoot him. Granted it was to stop Megatron from getting the gun, but Hotrod also got in the way of shooting Megatron. Which is why Hotrod said: Optimus please forgive me.

You absolutely got to destroy that Romeo and Juliet scene in Age of Extinction. One of the creepiest scenes in a blockbuster movie and showed that Michael Bay just didn't get Transformers.

Like for Transformers (2007), the Autobots just stormed into Sector 7, freeing Bumblebee, before getting the Allspark, while Optimus would just killed Megatron while he’s frozen. Dark of the Moon, right before Carly ditches Sam, Sideswipe & Mirage, noticed her car isn’t normal, making them realize that her boss was working for the Decepticons, leading to the part where they teach him a painful lesson he’ll never forget. Age of Extinction, when Lockdown throws that grenade, Optimus transforms to shoot Lockdown, before he had the chance, which saved Lucas from being turn into a statue. The Last Knight, instead of waiting, Unicron would wake up to destroy Quintessa, so Optimus can face him.

The problem at 2:17 kinda/sorta sums up why Bay's team should never have been allowed to touch this franchise. They never cared about making the stories germane to the premise.

Car=relatively giant moving target as opposed to humans navigating narrow Egyptian ruins
Strategically, it was impossible. Ironhide and the Arcee triplets were all busy holding the line against a Decepticon onslaught.
