People saying she is rude obviously haven't worked in a kitchen. She wasn't rude by tell him stop touching his hair or come find an item. He shouldn't be playing in his hair thats a no no in commercial kitchens. It a sanitary issue and ServSafe violation. She also told him go wash his gands which is the right thing to do after touch your hair, nose, face etc. He also needs to know where items are because in the middle of service no one will be able to stop and help him. I'm a Head Chef, and it's the kitchen vibe most days. So be quiet if you don't know.
