As an American, I think it's a shame how the US has meddled in the Middle East and how Iran is now our enemy....America's support of the Shah was terrible...I'm ashamed...the young Iranians at the time had the right to be anti-American. As an American, I think it's a shame how the US has meddled in the Middle East and how Iran is now our enemy....America's support of the Shah was terrible...I'm ashamed...the young Iranians at the time had the right to be anti-American. Hopefully in the future, we can eventually improve our relations with Iran. There are a lot of really good Iranian students here in the US, many of whom study engineering. I've met a lot of really good, intelligent Iranians here. Hopefully, this one-on-one contact between human beings, wherever, will lead to improved relations for our countries. I really like Iranian people! At least the Iranians I've met here in the US are very intelligent and nice! All the best to Iran!
