Great video, very enjoyable. Camp who you want to, no need to apologize, at the end of the day all that counts in a hobby is the it’s fun and you enjoy doing it. Otherwise there would not be much point to it.
Hope you got that down sleeping bag, you should be able to get one on sale from £80 from Uk store or even less for a Chinese direct store. Keep living the dream.
Cheers Max - Yes I did get (a lower end one) and it split on me. Take a look here!! th-cam.com/video/zFJWR0AWpI0/w-d-xo.html Will get a better one though when I can! But when we are allowed to - I certainly will continue to LTD! You too 💪
@@justgetoutthereguy oh no. Well hopefully , as you slowly upgrade your kit to a lighter and stealthier load you will appreciate it even more, as long as it doesn’t fail on you.
My first bikepacking journey I took a homemade frozen curry. Just about defrosted by the end of the day, now that was a real treat after a day in the saddle. Had a dehydrated meal for day 2. That was not nice at all
Enjoyed part 2 even more. I have literally just order a rack & pannier set after watching pt2, thanks for the inspirational kick up the bum. I'm lucky enough to live in Shropshire, loads of great lanes & Wales on the doorstep.
I've got the OEX Helios EV Hydrodown 300 Sleeping Bag from Gooutdoors, it's so small and so warm, & so light, it's actually on sale for £117, fantastic value for a 3 season down bag.
That is fantastic news! My advice would be to start somewhere relatively local, as I did, ensuring you have packed all the right gear, subsequently learning what is needed - essential, required, not required etc. Then progressively go further & further afield! Well good luck & enjoy! Are you on social media of any kind to post some pics from your upcoming adventures? If not, no worries - As a German backpacker in Northeren Australia once said to me after I quizzed the fact that he didn't have a camera. he smiled and tapped his head, and replied. 'Memories will be made and stored here...forever!'
Just watched your Tissington trail video. Enjoyed it. Perhaps you know but just off the trail where you stopped for a drink in Tissington. If you go into the village 400yds Lovely village & lovely cafe. Next door to Tissington Hall. Pond in village & little stream opposite cafe. Very popular for cyclists & walkers
Remember holidaying around this area when I was a kid, Flagg, Monyash, Sheldon, Bakewell & walking sections of Tissington, you've certainly stirred something to return. A beautiful journey & great video. Thanks mate .
Kind words Tim, thank you so much. It really is a beautiful area - even more enhanced with the beautiful weather I was lucky enough to have. Thanks for watching and comments - all the best Adam
Just come back to this video as I'm taking some tentative steps into Backpacking (due mainly to the situation where you can't get a touring bike on a train in the UK - assuming you can find a train that's actually running!). I remembered seeing your video in reference to what goes under the cloudbase. Looks like an Ambuwrap cut to size? Absolutely brilliant idea :)
I only usually do about 12 miles on my bike every 3 days ,, I did the Tissington trail on Monday ,, 26 miles in one go ,,, Loved every mile of it , Stunning scenery from start to finish ,,, Great video bye the way
Thanks for that..just what I was planning this afternoon, then onto the Monsal Trail to Buxton and home. Coincidentally also my 2nd only bikepacking trip..mid-life crisis? I own up. 😊
Just found your channel, smashing, cycled up Tissington trail back years ago remember sleeping in a barn lots of mice all night. Your right about light kit, it is worth it but costs alot but you get years out of down sleep bags still got my thirty year old one ok for a summer bag as they lose there down a bit. All best Will 🍻😁👍🚵
Great video. You've really made me believe i can do bike packing myself even though i don't have all the best kit in some other videos. And it doesn't have to be hundreds of miles to enjoy it. Good to see the Tissington trail i did last year on a one day ride. Right, I best get route planning....
Fantastic, that is great to hear! Yes, you really don't need all the gear & certainly don't need to go far! And the more experience you get, the further afield you will eventually venture - but to begin with stay local, to test out what you do and don't need - thanks for watching - and enjoy it! Guarantee you will 😉 Adam 👍
Good video Adam. Its great to share the adventure with you. 50 years ago I did similar bike trips and when I met my wife to be I suggested we went cycle camping to Ireland. She didn't have a bike and mine got pinched about a week before. Anyway she said yes and borrowed my dad's somewhat sit up and beg and off we went. She didn't continue with the enthusiasm but I carried on cycling through the decades just commuting and day trips on my own. I've filmed a few of them and I appreciate the work that goes into the video production, editing and skill of the shots. Recently I did a couple of hobo stove lunch stops on the short rides just to add a bit of the camping element to the day. Boiling up water for coffee and cooking bacon to put in a roll. Still 45 years on and were still here and if I want to indulge the passion at home I can watch videos like yours. Keep up the good work.
Hi John, well it is an absolute pleasure to hear of your rides and experiences too. Thank you for your kind words - really appreciated. I have stated before the whole bikeride/camping/videography/photography combination is just fabulous - and to watch sunset/sunrise even on my own - it just doesn't get better than that! Thanks again, I hope to be out again soon, it's been too long, all the best to you sir, regards Adam
Great video ... watching mid covid pandemic. Made me realise how I want my own adventure when this is all over. Peace and quiet, your own company and beautiful scenery ...what could be better? Hope you are surviving lockdown and planning another trip.
I certainly am Jackie! And I cannot wait to get back out there! Go for it - go get that adventure, you will not regret it! (Plenty of time to plan it!) Thanks for commenting - all the best Adam 😀
Excellent stuff, I've been building up my gear for about 2 years. I will get out for a night soon. You got some great time lapse of the chemtrail planes/spheres whiting out the sky too.
If u havn't done so already, I recommend a lightweight Down sleeping bag, less than half the size of the one u have and fraction of the weight. Will free up a lot of space in youre bag. I got a Vango Venom 200 last year, weighs 700g, has been good for summer camping.
Hello Adam - I've just discovered your channel and have subscribed. I like the fact that, like us, you're just starting out so not an expert but having a go. Re lightweight down sleeping bags have you looked at Criterion - some very nice looking light bags (or quilt) and I think UK made. Or Cumulus which are from Poland and a bit cheaper. We bought 2 of their quilts from Rock & Run - just over £200 each for warmest 450 model and around 700 grams. Haven't had the chance to try them yet but there are some reviews out there. Cheers Mike
Hi Mike, thank you so much for watching and comments. I truly cannot wait to get back out on another Bikepacking adventure, I have a new pannier set and down sleeping bag (which I have used Wildcamping, very pleased a Terra Hiker down bag) So I have a whole new set up to try out. This pesky virus is playing havoc with everyone's plans. But yes, absolutely, no expert, but I love to try, and will learn more with each trip! Thanks for the sub - welcome along! In the meantime, nightshifts beckon 😞 but here is to getting out there again soon! All the best Mike - Adam 👍
@@justgetoutthereguy - thanks for your response Adam. I'm looking forward to seeing you out with your new kit and to us getting out with ours of course. Cheers Mike
Brilliant video! Well done! You need to come to the US and we’ll do some backcountry bike camping! One of my bucket list items is to see the UK from a bike saddle. Some day...some day
Hey Michael! Thank you so much! Some day I would love to make it to the States! Now that would make a good video! As you say 'some day, some day!' thanks for commenting, and welcome along 😀
Good to see you out bike-packing again - it's gotta be a passion of yours Adam the combination of bike and camp. it certainly leads you into interesting meet ups - at least on this one. Them guys sounded friendly and the super Long Distance Bike-packer was a revelation. As far as camping where you did I'd say you're on the road adventuring and if it takes you into places with a few facilities so be it. At least you're moving and discovering zones that hey don't make you feel lonely - same as me I feel completely at home. That was great Adam. Good going. All the best. Mark
As you of all people are aware, any forms of feedback good or bad are always a pleasure to receive. And your words are most welcome and appreciated as ever Mark. I perhaps one day would love to meet up with you and take a hike in your neck of the woods, cannot think of a better guide! Who knows, one day maybe! Thanks again for your inspiration. Adam.
Great video buddy, I’m from Bucks and stayed in the area to cycle and walk for a week just recently and it was brilliant. The area is something else, I’ll definitely be back, Tissington trail is a lovely route, oh and Tissington tea rooms was a great place for a break. Atb
Hi Kevin, yes allegedly a camp site! Thanks so much for watching - yes these Ebikes I do believe are game changers, just the tip of the iceberg so to speak. As the technology improves, hopefully the price will reduce too! It is a wonderful area around here, but I am now setting sights on further afield (for me anyway!) And looking at possibly a bike pack of North Wales sometime soon. No doubt I will document the whole thing! Thanks again Kev, all the best kind regards Adam 😀
Hi Lee - thanks so much for watching! Yes never think to mention the mileage - this particular trip was approx 30 miles each way - So nothing incredible - but it was still a very enjoyable ride! All the best - Adam
(New Subscriber) :-) Nice gear setup and bike...Loving the video footage too of the open countryside :-) Looking forward to more gear reviews tips and tricks :-)
Hey Russ! That's grand thank you and welcome along! Yes itching to get started on my latest Bikepack around Anglesey, got some great footage hopefully. Just gotta finish a wedding project first, but will get it uploaded asap! Thanks again Adam 😀
Great video. Thanks for the advice .I'm going up there next week and was looking for a place to stop. It will be my first time camping out on the bike. Is the farm close to the end of the trail? Thanks.
@@justgetoutthereguy Thanks Adam. I'm a bit reluctant. Not as well prepared as yourself but looking forward to it. Be nice to see the clear sky's if I get lucky.

Hi Adam, Great video thanks for sharing, you have inspired me to get my kit together and give bike packing a go. What tent light do you use, I saw you had one clipped up in the tent?

Hi Joshua, thank you so much. Definitely do it, you will not regret it! Yes I have another excellent trip to edit, but currently editing a wedding for a client, but will get it uploaded as soon as possible! Thanks again, all the best Adam
Going lite depends how serious and how far you want to take it If your traveling around the world then yes but if your staying in this country and not planing on going stealthy comfort is the way .imo.cheers for the vid .
Hi - Absolutely agree. I think some get a bit 'hung up' on weight, and travel 'minimalist' to the extreme... generally for the sort of stuff I am going to do, a few extra kg here & there is not going to hold me back. Thanks for watching & Happy new year - Adam
Hi, just discovered your channel and loved this video. I am new to the UK and want to do bikepacking trip in peak district. I was curious about the campsites. Do we need permission from authorities or are we free to camp at any suitable location of our liking?
Hi, if you mean currently obviously due to restrictions we cannot camp anywhere at the moment, but hopefully when restrictions ease, it's just a question of booking at these campsites, either calling or online. I hope you get to do your Bikepacking soon - all the best Adam 😀
Hi the easiest way to explain is to watch this video, when I used it for the first-time! th-cam.com/video/WOWDU3L5Vcg/w-d-xo.html But the footage of the ride on this video was all done from the helmet cam, apart from the end of the ride when I had the camera on the stick! Thanks for watching - Adam 😀
That's a seriously OTT sleeping bag! It's designed for sleeping up on mountains in winter not for a bit of cycle camping in Spring. Once funds allow I recommend you get a 2 season bag (OEX ones are good value) and a sleeping bag liner (not cotton!) which will effectively extend it to about 3 seasons. I no longer use a down bag. I had one back in the 1990s and it served me well for a few years but decided to fail me by the down clumping together in the middle of a 2 week tour. Since then I've only used synthetic bags and am prepared to carry a heavier, bulkier bag in exchange for reliability. It's a long time since I've used the Tissington Trail. I used to use it when cycling up to Hulme End. But I never really liked it so eventually I worked out a route through Okeover Hall then up over Thorpe Pasture followed by a short stretch of A road before turning off towards Hartington then to Hulme End. If I were heading for Monyash I think I'd use much the same route but instead of going into to Hartington go up Long Dale then up to Parsley Hay.
Hi Paula, thanks for watching, yes that bag may well be a bit over the top. Just so big and bulky. Appreciate your advice and may well look into other options. You sound like a seasoned bikepacker! I am still in training!! Thanks for watching and comments - Adam 😀
Thanks matey, appreciated - so lucky to have all this on my doorstep! I know there is a diversion at present on the high peak trail, apparently a lorry hit a bridge a while back - reckon it's gonna be a long time b4 that gets repaired ☝️ Anyway cheers for watching, all the best - Adam
@@justgetoutthereguy indeed, I feel fortunate too. I'm North Notts myself so have the joys of Sherwood area & Matlock just 30min away... Peaks open up fromnthere. Ta for the heads up 👍 It's funny but I don't mind diversions on two wheels 😂 ..put me in a 🚗 & it's a different story 😉

@@justgetoutthereguy Ah, cool, thanks. Your videos have inspired me to go out bikepacking but one thing that worries me is how to secure my bike when camping? In the Tissington trail video, on the campsite there doesn't seem to be anywhere to secure the bike to?
@@alanprioroutdoors Alan, it is an issue I don't deny. I would like to address it at some point on one of my videos. I concede I just rely on a standard frame through wheel lock, and just rely on the isolated spot that no-one will stumble on my location whilst I sleep. Not ideal I do realise. Security is something I do need to address...
@@justgetoutthereguy I've also asked the question on the cycle touring groups on Facebook. The issue seems to be divided into sound practical advice and those who wan't to take the p**s with stupid suggestions like taking the bike into your sleeping bag with you. One guy did say though that he has a bike lock with an audible tamper alarm...
@@alanprioroutdoors If I was somewhere I was concerned about, genuinely considered tying a fishing line around bike, connected to my wrist! You would soon wake up if the bike moved! But yes I have browsed various groups, and never seen ideal practical solutions... Just emphasis on choosing where to pitch wisely....
Hi David, should be ok, it's quite fine gravel but have to say not so sure I see many road bikes on there, more MTB's & mine is a gravel bike. Just spoke with a Roady friend of mine and he seems to think you should be fine 👍 Have a great trip - Adam
go for a down top quilt even lighter and even packs smaller priced arround 90 $ or even the AEGISMAX Ultra-Light there so cheap and really amazing for the price
Hi, thanks for watching and comments. Yes security has played on my mind, I even considered tying some fishing line onto the bike to my wrist! Motion detection is an option. Other idea I have is to use a tarp, with the bike itself as part of the setup! I am looking into this, might do a video on possible set ups... All the best Adam
Weigh your pot first, you might be surprised that's lighter than the "ultralight" titanium ones of the same size. I have a thin stainless pot and it's a lot lighter than the titanium ones. Will it survive the apocalipse? Most probably not, but it's lighter, costs £2 and comes with a lid, I won't be crying if I lose it and it serves me well.
Haha, thank you! I do hate getting sucked into this 'ultralight' way of packing! As I have said before, the odd extra weight here and there is not the end of the world - especially when packed on a bike, and I am not exactly riding through the Himalayas!! Thanks for watching Andrei - Adam
I'm getting into backpacking myself. The in laws live in Leek, thinking of doing a long circuit through to Ashbourne, then the Tissington trail to Buxton, then back to Leek. Any recommendations for bike security when you're camping?
Hi Will, getting asked that quite a lot lately - no great answer I am afraid, just good old fashioned bike lock to something solid. Not all that reassuring tbh. If you are particularly worried, possible fishing line tied from bike to your wrist!? Would certainly know about it if your bike moved! Thanks for watching sounds a good circuit that - enjoy 👍
Thats exactly what I wanna do with my 2 kids. I'd be coming from the Manchester side and fancy linking the Tissington Trail and return along High Peak trail, you've convinced me once the lads GCSE's are over its gotta be done
That great! Yes do it! I have linked the Tissington with the high Peak and Carsington water trails before - fabulous! Hope your lads do OK in their exams, stressful times for all. Be a great break to unwind afterwards! Thanks for watching, all the best Adam
Only problem with the Tissington trail, is is isn't long enough. i'm in the market for a lightweight down down sleeping bag too. Got my eye on a 'Naturehike' bag. £96 on amazon. The 2 for 1 Gas cans made me laugh. Gear up before you leave. Nice of you to leave that bit in as a bit of public service broadcast.
Agreed, could do with the trail going all the way to Buxton. Yep £96 still a lot of money but stating the obvious better than £200... Will investigate thanks. As for gas? Well, like to do my bit... Cheers for watching and comments 👍

Absolutely 100% taken note! It has been pointed out to me before, not sure how I missed that when I edited it... Sorry! Welcome along anyway, I am back in training on my bike (locally!) To hopefully bikepack later in the year 🤞🙏 All the best Adam 😀
Me again. Adam. I'm lapping your videos up like there was no tomorrow. Just seen your saddle that made my eyes water. I always regret giving away my Brooks Professional with my best bike to a colleague in Rolleston who wanted to do some charity rides as I had done. It gave me the very best of rides when combined with the sexy Lycra tights and Coolmax undershorts. I never knew my rear existed. I fear that with my weight, your saddle would have cut me in half. Loved the ride. Hartington reminded me that it used to produce a blue cheese that beat any other Stilton that I'd tried. The independent local cheese makers were gobbled up by a national conglomerate and I don't know if that cheese shop still exists. Your questioning your own decent philosophy again! You're not bl---y cheating. You're doing your own particular thing at that particular time. No sweat. With camping - be it hiking, bikepacking, car camping or whatever, there is no such thing as cheating unless you are dropped in by helicopter and pretend you go there on your own steam. All the best from Paul
Hi Adam since lockdown I have been changing a few things, bought myself some cheap bike packing bags from lidl £10 each bargain, sold my four 2 person tents and awaiting delivery of my new vango cairngorms 200 tent. Watching your vids for bike packing has definitely given the kick up the bum I needed, I normally do wild camping and bureaucracy with hammocks, (there so comfy ). Have you looked at the Aegismax 800 fill goose down sleeping bag, seems to get good reviews from people and packs down so small, best of all only £75 on amazone. Hope tent soon arrives want to do a (garden wildcamp) have to try new kit out first (so I tell my wife😆). Enjoying your vids, more of a normo chap , ok you've gone for the lycra since the first one but we'll forgive you that.
Hi Simon. Wow, sounds as if you are well prepared for your next adventures - brilliant. I will look up that bag out of interest, Although I have actually bought myself a Terra Hiker down sleeping bag was £80 too - very happy with it. Much lighter and more compact compared with the Mountain Warehouse orange thing I had before 😂 Got mates who swear by hammocks, I don't doubt the amazing comfort, but I just can't bring myself to get yet more gear...! Enjoy ya garden camp - and thanks for watching my vids - appreciated 👍 Oh and the lycra? MAMIL I did put a warning on the video 🙈

Great video Adam. We're in the throws of getting ready for some touring trips and it's good to find someone starting out and sharing their experience. What sort of camera are you using to record your trips and what sort of editing software do you use? We want to keep a record and the quality of your footage looks good to us. Daren
Hi Daren. Thanks for getting in touch. I have always used the GoPro - over the course of making these films, I have used the GoPro 4 Black, the GoPro Hero 5 and I then waited to get the newGoPro 8 Black which I am currently using. I also use the Insta 360 one X which you can see utilised to full effect on this 360 edit of the Tissington trail th-cam.com/video/zfg6AaXBk6c/w-d-xo.html I edit all my footage on an imac - using the excellent Final Cut Pro X software. Thanks for watching - And good luck with your future trips - You will love it! Stay safe regards - Adam
Really enjoyed that video Adam, It made a nice change to what I usually watch. As for the electric bikes, my wife has just had one and it’s been amazing because she found most of my bike rides too much. We did 65k the other week from Cromford, high peak, Carsington, Tissington, Hudlow and back. She was in better shape than me afterwards, I could hardly walk! So it’s been a game changer for her. Are you sure that was a campsite and not just a field 😂 Keep these coming 👍 Regards
Thank you so much 😀 - yes the whole electric bike thing is amazing - seeing more and more of them, I go to Cannock Chase regularly and one guy sold it to me by saying well the fun you have going downhill, I now get that on the uphills too! Not to mention as with your wife, allowing for enhancing enjoyment for those who perhaps ordinarily wouldn't travel so far. But I will continue to rely on my legs... For now anyway 😂 Thanks for watching and comments, all the best, Adam
Hi, just found your video in my feed and glad I did, great to find a new channel to enjoy, I’ve been bikepacking and wild camping for a few years, I don’t make videos, although I have a mate who’s videos I’m in when we do trips together, his channel is cycle life travel if you’re interested. I put all of my trips on strava with lots of photos, would be good to follow you on there, what’s your strava name?, same as this channel?. If you haven’t got a new bag yet I highly recommend the mountain hard wear hyperlamina spark, 800g, rated to 0 degrees C and synthetic so much more peace of mind than down, especially in our country! (All of my gear is synthetic now for this reason), I’ve done a few camps in the peaks and great to see it again on your video, I’m going to sub and watch your other videos now, atb Ian 🙂👍🏻
Ian that is fab thank you so much! Sounds like you are well seasoned at it all - far more experienced than me! I don't hide from the fact that I am new at all this, so still a lot to learn, but thoroughly enjoying the process! TBH I keep myself to myself on Strava, I know when I did coast 2 coast couple of yes back it let me down - on my biggest ride 🙈 But anyhow thanks for commenting & subbing, really appreciated (will check out that bag!) ATB Adam 😀👍
Ok no worries Adam, we all start at the beginning of new things, I’ve made loads of mistakes and still do, always learning! and benefiting from other people’s experiences, learnt a lot from TH-cam and guys like yourself that take the time to make videos. strava has drove me mad sometimes, it’s been working recently so I won’t jinx it🤫😏, look forward to watching your videos, atb, Ian
Enjoyable video, nice to see the sun out. Your right a 1.8kg sleeping bag is a lot of weight, but they are relatively cheap, I got a PipeDream200 weighing in at 0.5kg, it is not cheap. What I do recommend is merino wool clothing socks and base layer, makes huge difference on a cold night, you can go for a lighter sleeping bag. Hunt around a check the label for the wool content though, Evans have some excellent cycling socks about £15 for 3 pairs. Check out my channel for some 360 sailing video. Have fun
Shame those chaps buy these electric bikes and don't use them to there full potential, specially the guy with the haibike probably £3500 there alone just to be rode by a newbie, why not buy n ebike for a grand it will do the same when riding, just don't understand these people who buy expensive bikes who can't use them to there full potential, I own the haibike very much the same to this in the video but it's tricked out ready for urban rides or what ever terrain... Wheelies manuals jumps ext... Just a waste I think . Great video tho I enjoyed it very much. 😁
Thanks for watching! I think electric bikes are a great idea, but personally, all the time my legs are still working ok, will stick to pedal power! All the best Appreciate your comments - Adam 👍
Much that I would love all the latest up-to-date light weight gear - it is not cheap. And my family is more important than my hobbies! Thanks for watching
Great video, very enjoyable. Camp who you want to, no need to apologize, at the end of the day all that counts in a hobby is the it’s fun and you enjoy doing it. Otherwise there would not be much point to it.

My first bikepacking journey I took a homemade frozen curry. Just about defrosted by the end of the day, now that was a real treat after a day in the saddle.
Had a dehydrated meal for day 2. That was not nice at all

@@justgetoutthereguynot long got back from the north downs way. Super hilly
I definitely want a more level trip next time.
I got carried away with the music too...in a positive way! Keep on rockin'....
Fantastic, that is great to hear! Yes, you really don't need all the gear & certainly don't need to go far!

If u havn't done so already, I recommend a lightweight Down sleeping bag, less than half the size of the one u have and fraction of the weight. Will free up a lot of space in youre bag. I got a Vango Venom 200 last year, weighs 700g, has been good for summer camping.
Hi Alexander, yes I finally bought a lightweight bag, what a difference for weight and space! Thanks for watching and contact, regards Adam 👍

How does the 360 camera take images from above without you holding the camera? Please explain, thanks
Hi the easiest way to explain is to watch this video, when I used it for the first-time! th-cam.com/video/WOWDU3L5Vcg/w-d-xo.html
But the footage of the ride on this video was all done from the helmet cam, apart from the end of the ride when I had the camera on the stick!

@@alanprioroutdoors Alan, it is an issue I don't deny. I would like to address it at some point on one of my videos. @@justgetoutthereguy I've also asked the question on the cycle touring groups on Facebook.
Did you record on Strava? Or have you got a GPX file? Looks like a trip my wife might like to try.
Hi Adrian, sorry for delay... Will try and dig it out 👍
Hi Adam since lockdown I have been changing a few things, bought myself some cheap bike packing bags from lidl £10 each bargain, sold my four 2 person tents and awaiting delivery of my new vango cairngorms 200 tent.
MAMIL I did put a warning on the video 🙈
well i just dont BELIEVE this........... this is the 2nd video of yours ive watched.......low and behold........youre camped at the same Knotlow Farm campsite i was camped at a couple of years ago on my very first "long distance bikepacking trip"......ha........... small world........ i was there , ringing wet from the storm, no food, 5 tea bags, some dried milk and some water .........weh hey !! ha ! just noticed that you use a space blanket under your sleeping bag / matt.,...i do too ;-) after my wet & wild experience in knotlow farm......cant beat paying £1 for a space blanket at your local pound shop ;-)
OUCH - Just seen I had not responded to this!! Sorry for delay!! Hoping this means we may well bump into each other one day to continue this string of coincidences 😂 Sounds like I had better weather than you!! All the best Matt - Adam
@@justgetoutthereguy sure thing, let me know next year, im always up for a bike packing / wild camping - thingy ( especially in the peaks )
I also use the Insta 360 one X which you can see utilised to full effect on this 360 edit of the Tissington trail th-cam.com/video/zfg6AaXBk6c/w-d-xo.html
I edit all my footage on an imac - using the excellent Final Cut Pro X software. I hope this helps. I just cannot wait to get back out there and record some more trips. Check out my Bikepacking trip to Anglesey too. That really was fabulous!
Are you sure that was a campsite and not just a field 😂
Keep these coming 👍
Regards
Great name for a channel lol
Thank you. Seemed the obvious choice. Will take a look at your channel. Cooking is so my weak point 🙈
You should get paid to do this and make accurate renderings for Googlemaps to update all the bike trails in the USA.
Idk
Awesome video buy the way
I would love to! If Google could pay for me to come over to the states from the UK!! Thanks for watching and comments - all the best from Adam
Have fun
Thats great thanks for the tips Graham - Will take a look at your channel - All the best - Adam
Love the video.....music does ya head in by being too loud and not in the background ...electric bikes on a flat railway line.....unreal
Thanks for watching Steve, will note that about audio levels! All the best ADam
You don’t need music every second.
Fair comment. Thanks for watching anyway 🙂
Aegismax M3 sleeping bag £107 delivered and a 1kg . you wont regret it.
Thanks a lot Brian - nice one, will take a look... Thanks for watching 👍
Weighs a ton 🤔
What my kit? Yeh weighs a bit, but I don't mind...!
Wife won’t let you buy a sleeping bag ? How sad is that ? Get rid of her mate, get the kit you want and never let any woman spoil things for you !
Much that I would love all the latest up-to-date light weight gear - it is not cheap. And my family is more important than my hobbies! Thanks for watching
You’re welcome ha ha!
