- I wish we had more of those two. Really. They had a chemistry, I think, very intense. But unfortunately, it's the beautiful dark ship that lasts only two episodes. But two precious episodes, god.
Another new ship, yes, and again from Medici, yes lol! As long as my crisis does not calm down about this show, I will continue editing on them and I think I would not be satisfied until I edit all the couples because I ship everyone in this season 2 lol. But I admit that by finishing this video, I have already made my two favorite ships, Giuliano/Simonetta and Francesco/Novella.
I really wanted more scenes for the Francesco/Novella. Their scenes together was magnificent. But there are few, so there are some AU scenes in this video. But not a lot.
I still have to explain something about the end. In the show, this sentence on the hanging is pronounced by Lorenzo de Medici against Francesco, yes, but not against Novella, the second person is another man of the Pazzi's conspiracy. And the scene is really the face of Francesco when he understands that he will die. But I merged the image with Novella first in the idea of making a kind of AU or it would be her horrified face, as if she had learned the hanging of her husband, too. But in the end, interpret this passage as you want, it can also be an AU where Francesco and Novella are condemned together.
For the cannon of their couple, if you do not watch Medici, here is an explanation of their story : Novella Foscari, a young noble lady from Venice, was invited to Florence for the wedding of Bianca de Medici and Guglielmo de Pazzi. She would be, apparently, a friend of Bianca. She meets the groom's brother, Franesco de Pazzi, at the wedding. There is an attraction from the first meeting. It is envisaged then that she marries Giuliano de Medici, but this one refuses. She will end up, by some intermediary, by marrying Francesco de Pazzi. They are both happy and very in love, at first, but Francesco's uncle, Jacopo de Pazzi, who has lost the support of his nephew over time, partly because of the Medici and because of Novella's positive influence on Francesco, will start to manipulate Francesco to make him believe that Novella is only a spy on behalf of the Medici, that she manipulates him. There have indeed been some lies from Novella, but that was not the case (or maybe not). Francesco will eventually believe it after questioning Novella and he will abandon her, throwing her out and sending her to her father's home in Venice. Francesco then dies later hanged after participating in the Pazzi's conspiracy to kill Giuliano and Lorenzo de Medici.
In historical fact, Francesco and Novella had five children during their marriage, but we do not see him in the show, their relationship was shortened in time.
For fans of Assassin's Creed, they are the parents of Vieri de Pazzi, this little bastard of Assassin's Creed II.
It's almost a sacrilege for an AC fan to love a Pazzi, lol, forgive me, AC!
I saw the bug at the beginning of the video, my transition had a problem and we briefly see the head of Francesco. But changing it meant changing everything and being satisfied with the rest of the video, I decided to leave it like this, it does not matter lol. I hope it will not bother you and that you will like the video!

Ahhh, they look so amazing together! And they were a thing for only two episodes when they had five children in history??? That's frustrating. xD But I'm glad to see you edited with them and also that you used this song!! I just heard it the other day and everything suits perfectly here. :DD
AHHH yes this is my only complaint of season 2, they did not respect the historical facts about Francesco and Novella, but it's honestly my only complaint lol XD and I forgive them easily seen how good the rest is. Damn, but I really loved more of those two! This song is BEAUTIFUL, right? :D I just fell in love with Avril Lavigne's last album and I would not be satisfied until I edit all those songs !!! Amazing video 😍 Francesco and Novella are my favourite couple from Medici series. I wish they had happier ending. But at least historically, they had 5 children and were together until Francescos death.

At the same time that i feel angry for Novella bc she didn't said things that prove more of her innocence and i also hate him for his tone, actions and falling on his uncle trap just after telling her about how manipulative Jacopo could be,but the way woman were tought and his intimidating posture also made her scared enough to not react plus he was raised by his uncle.
Uhg i just wished that in one scene Lorenzo talked about Novella and Francesco died knowing his wife were sweet and loved him for real
Both of them are kinda frustrating in their situation, and same I would have loved that Francesco knew that his wife was innocent, especially since that in historical facts, they were much more okay with each other and have several kids :/

C'est magnifique 😍😍 Ils méritaient tellement une fin heureuse. On ne les a vus que deux ou trois épisodes mais c'est mon couple préféré (avec Giuliano et Simonetta)! On les a peu vu mais je suis contente qu'au moins la série les montre heureux et amoureux, du moins pour un temps. Et c'est tellement dommage qu'on ne les ai pas vu avec leurs enfants! J'ai beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup aimée cette série, peut-être même plus de la première saison. J'aime l’Époque, ces costumes, cette manières de chevaliers, les devoirs et les tragédies que suivent =') J'aurais aimé plus d'espace pour cette couple, je suis sure que Novella était la personne juste pour Francesco, la seule que aurait pu le sauver de la mort! J'ai espéré jusqu’à la fin pour la rédemption de Francesco et je peux pas penser que aucun de deux seront présents dans la 3eme saison. J'aimerais bien voir d'autres vidéos sur eux, peut-être même un AU qui pousse nous faire rêver d'autres histoires qu'ils poudraient vivre ensemble! Merci encore pour ta vidéo!

Pour ma part, j'ai vraiment préférée la saison 2 à la 1, je dois admettre que j'ai trouver la saison 1 un peu ennuyeuse et certains personnages pas très accrocheurs, mais la saison 2 à un rythme bien meilleur et TOUT les personnages sont captivant et si bien écrit ! Je suis aussi une immense passionnée de la Renaissance Italienne ;) et ça me fait aussi très mal au coeur de savoir qu'ils ne seront plus là dans la saison 3, ces deux-là. Qui sait ? Je ferais peut-être d'autres vidéos pour eux, j'ai une idée d'un AU avec un happy end a Venise pour eux, à voir si j'arriverai a faire ce que j'ai dans la tête ! Et je dois encore trouver la chanson adéquate XD

Ahhh I admit that I fell for them with the scene of the arrow and the bow and when the scene continues, the father of Novella comes back, full of disapproval, and you to Francesco who hides the arrow subtly, too cute XD but currently, Francesco is a villain in the show lol.
I'm trying to add some effects and change, yes, I've just found many more that I will use in other videos :D

There are many AU scenes in this one, just a few, the vast majority are canon but I'm glad you did not see them! :D
Ugh I'm so so mad that Jacopo manipulated his nephew. He really hit the lowest of lows for this. Personally never liked Novella and thought she was frustrating during the confrontation scene. Also, Lorenzo. For someone with a silvertongue he was shit in explaining Novella's situation. Francesco was my favourite character from the show (all things considered). They could've just written him off as the lawful antagonist from start to finish but nooo let's make Francesco a sympathetic character for two episodes before we put him back on track with his real history.
Yeah I think we all hated Jacopo for that honestly. For my part, I loved Novella though, she was caught in a game without really being aware of it and how explain it clearly, tbh. Though for Lorenzo, he have less excuses, he's a good politician, and clearly didn't explained all of it well, though I'm not sure Francesco would have listen. I adored Francesco too (though not only him) but they missed something with Novella, I think.
