I respectfully believe he gets it wrong, Jesus did take our place and take our sins, his example of taking another's place doesn't work, because Jesus being the perfect God man and sacrifice could justifiably do that, however, he's not wrong that Christians will suffer, and that a Christian doing wrong might have to pay for their sin in this world now, while still being with Christ after death. The Apostle Paul had people prisoned and murdered, yet even in this world he was forgiven by the Christians, but oh boy did he suffer for his faith in many other ways.

2:16:10 absolutely brilliant
What a load of crap.
the gospel presentation at 2:14:00 as well as the refutation of the typical mainstream false gospel was profound well said.
Great to see Jason Staples! Thx
I gotta say, I did not go into this nearly 3 hour long biblical lecture expecting a pretty great Rocket Raccoon impression, but here we are 😂 1:45:46
So what exactly does it mean to say jesus died for our sins?
