Im confused by your comment about the 'PPP' of business. Ive watched the podcast and dont know what you're referring to, ie at which point is there reference to 'people, profit, plan'? Certainly the 'PPP' concept of People, Plant, Profit is a well used one in business. But its not really relevant to the point of the podcast, which is about analysing supplier financial statements.
