- Do you feel like someone is always in your mind ?
You try so hard to remove that person from your mind, but the harder you try, the more you think about that person.
Even if there is no communication between you and the other person, why are they in your thoughts ?
Why you cannot remove them from your thoughts even though you want to forget about this person?
According to my research and my experience, and in my own words, I've created this video and explained in two ways why someone is always in our mind without any communication.
I made some changes by my own knowledge in the information that I've got online through my research.
I edited this video by my own editing skills and adding my own voice.
It might not be the same for everyone, but it really resonated with me so I've shared my experience in this video. I hope you like it.

If someone is in your mind always, it doesn't mean he /she is thinking about you. Its you are overthinking or you are emotionally attached too much which is a bad sign. Its destructive.

No, if you're constantly thinking about someone, it doesn't mean that that someone is thinking about you too. A clear example is when romantic relationships come to an end because one of them fell out of love. The abondoned person will be in emotional pain and distress and still thinking about their estranged love. However the one who terminated the relationship will be feeling free and the last thing on their mind would be the abondoned partner. Sad but true. I've been there as the abandoned one, scarred my life forever.

I often think of my friends from childhood and my teenage years. When we grew up, got married, had families of our own, we lost contact. We are grandmothers now, I think of them often, every time I think of one of them I will stop and say a prayer for them. I sure hope they are all doing well, they were such sweet friends….

Little did I know I would regret not dating her 2 years ago, most beautiful I’d ever seen and sweet, I’ve tried everything to let go and forget, but there’s always something that brings it back. She’s been with her current bf for around 2 years and I wouldn’t dare take it from her. If she’s happy, then that’s what I want for her. I met a girl when we were 12. I was shy and had low self esteem. She liked me for years and her friends even told me this but I didn’t think anyone as pretty as her would like me. We graduated and I never saw or heard from her for almost 40 years . I made poor choices in relationships and never really had a heart warming love. When we reconnected she was a widow and also never had good relationships. We have been together 14 years and have never felt as loved as we do now. It’s like we didn’t even know what true love was. We think of each other all the time. She was born to be my bride and we could spend eternity together.

If you're constantly think of someone it may mean that you have unresolved issues that goes beyond that of the person you've been thinking of, But the issue can be better identified and delt with by figuring out why you are truly think of that person. Like a pattern of mistakes in life

Why do I always think about this person?
It's because that person has fu#ked up my mental peace.
It's because that person has made me a living dead.
I have qualified upsc prelims in my first attempt in 2022 and scored 721 marks in mains , I didn't qualified for interview but I was so much motivated for the next year.
But in 2023 , I met that person and 2023 was the worst year of my life.
Have had life ending thoughts...That person turned me into an average mentally unstable person.
She played with my feelings but I still have feelings for her.
I don't know WHYŸŸ....?.

Soul touched forever
About a month ago I had a dream and in my dream was a guy I was at school with. We were somewhat friends but we weren’t close and I’ve not seen or spoken or even thought about him since leaving school 14 years ago. We don’t follow each other on social media and we’ve had absolutely no contact since leaving school. Yet somehow, he appeared in my dream. At first, I didn’t think anything of it but I have been unable to stop thinking about him since. I see a lot of things that remind me of him, I see his initials in reg plates, I see people that even look like him. It’s so weird, I’ve never had feelings for him in a romantic sense and like I said, I’ve not seen him, spoken to him or even thought about him since leaving school, yet since my dream, I can’t stop thinking about him no matter how hard I try. I’ve never experienced anything like this before even with ex boyfriends, I’ve been able to not think about them but I never had a relationship with this guy or even wanted one to be honest, yet since my dream, I cannot stop thinking about him and it’s really annoying.
Same with me had a dream about a friend in high school when I was about 30 now im 44. She’s in my thoughts at least twice a week for so many years. Makes no sense just like you this person was just a acquaintance to me I didn’t wanna relationship with this person or nothing we was barely friends.
It was said to me once by a genuine and sincere person, that Love is like a seesaw or a pendulum, and to be aware that the depth and intensity of love for someone, can also equal the opposite in depth and intensity of dislike or hatred if the relationship ends or was not mutual. So after 6 years of absolutely loving and adoring my lady, and she valued her career, her friends and the laat straw was her 100% attention to her new grandson and needing to take over the role of parenting him from his mother, her daughter, I stopped doing all the things i did for her and helped with to save her money. And she vanished. It's been 12 months now and I still can't let go of my love for her. I don't do hatred but i sure do hurt, because my heart is true and I am caring. I don't think the romantic type of love is special. And I am started to think that the romantic type of love isn't real. I mean about more than half of romantic couples either break up with each other or divorce each other, while most platonic best friends remain friends until death.
I think that having a platonic best friend is a lot better than having a romantic partner or spouse is. Having someone who's like a sibling to you is a lot better than having a romantic partner or spouse. Also, you are more likely to be much more closer to someone who's like a brother or sister to you than you would be with a romantic partner or spouse.
People tend to fight with their partner or spouse a lot more than they do with a platonic best friend, and you never fight with your best friend the way you fight with your partner or spouse. Partners and spouses are just temporary. If you break up or divorce them, it's hard to go back to them. With your platonic best friend, you're going to make things work, because they are your best friend, they are your go to partner. It's always easier to make amends with them than it is with a romantic partner or spouse.

And memorize the names of all of the countries of South America. When you feel thoughts of her beginning to overwhelm you, start repeating their names over and over until your mind clears. OK. I feel better. I did help you!!
@thomasmaynard1548 very good advice thank you. You are right it is reprogramming your thoughts to be positive and in time the old negative thoughts fade away. I too would like to relieve my life's best moments sometimes but we can't go back. So it's best we make the most of what we have left and be motivated to aim high but also to treasure our moments and memories. Best wishes to you and all on our journeys.
