Some of you might say, "we have Lynx, we have Fu Xuan, we have Jade" well i'm telling you, pick their best kit for Blade and put those in a single unit... Fu Xuan is good, yes. She gives cc immunity per skill, gives crit rate, gives hp. But she also shares the aggro from Blade and she doesn't heal cleanse... Lynx is good, yes. She buffs HP but not as good as Fu Xuan, she buffs aggro, she heals, she cleanse... But she lacks other buffs... And maybe they can do better if she's a 5-star... Jade is good, not really... She doesn't really increases Blades damage ceiling... She just makes Blade have his talent proc faster because of the HP drain... But that's it... No buff to Blade's personal damage... Sunday is a combination of a lot... Sparkle, Huohuo, Bronya... He can give crit damage and dmg bonus just like Sparkle and Bronya, he regens energy just like Huohuo, he action advances 100% like Bronya and not only JY but also his summon... And he even buffs crit rate... So if Hoyo can mash those good qualities for a summon unit, for sure they can do that for Blade if they want to... Maybe time will tell...

i feel like they could make an abundance or harmony 4 star who has a skill that will apply a sort of buff to blade which instantly takes a portion of his hp immediately and everytime he has a turn, this buff will do another instance of hp reduction with a tradeoff that his hp % is increased or takes increased healing bonus, then have an ult that forces taunts (100% base chance) on all the enemies to focus on blade and regen hp for him along with a dmg bonus that scales based on how much damage blade has taken from the past 2 turns. Maybe have a technique where it will provide the same taunt on destruction characters for 1-2 turns and for traces, maybe additionally provide a small speed boost to the character being buffed by skill or ult, regenerate x amount of energy everytime character with buff is attacked, and lastly a trace that has a small base chance to remove a buff from character receiving ult or skill.
idk dude there was a destruction lc that had ff on it that was also giving buffs with hp changes aaand it was completely irrelevant to what ff actually needed
I think the bare minimum change that we should actually pressure them to do is making all units with stack effects be able to overcap, cause aventurine and jade overcap no problem but himeko and blade are nonsensically prevented from doing so. theyre basically all the same mechanic even if they have different trigger conditions, they shouldnt be forced to be worse just cause theyre older I dont hate powercreep like alot of ppl do, what i DO hate is characters like jingyuan getting constant favoritism and getting buffed every single fucking patch but then blade literally gets fucking nothing. Well thankfully Jade has she some light upon Blade lately so thats helpful but I feel like most people are stuck still using his HP build the issue is nowdays the enemies are far tankier than they were before and now a good balance between atk% and hp is required. Ideally you want 3000 atk on him and minimum 6500-7000 HP at least while retaining 135 speed besides the crit stats, is not easy to build him but if you do that it will be far better than sticking to the old HP build, this is exactly what I am doing myself now, im also tempted to change his artefact set but Im not really sure what else suits him best outside of his signature relic set, maybe exploring break options might be an idea.

The new 3.0+ Path of Remembrance is thought to be associated with units who summon Servants, or on-field summons, sort of like how Masters summon Servants in the long-running JP multimedia Fate series. Jing Yuan's Lightning Lord, Topaz's Numby, and Lingsha's Fuyuan are off-field summons, not Servants. If all this is true and an HP scaling meta in coming in 3.x, how does it affect Blade remains to be seen.
The easiest fix to blade and other 1.x is really very simple. Just powercrept them by making a 2.0 version of them like yunli to clara or make a new team comp cater to 2.0 version like what himeko is winning due to firefly breakteam.
Finally someone who agreed with me about a Survival Mode, at most currently the game that counts as a "Defensive Endgame" is SU or DU, which wants you to survive while the blessings do the work for you, and there's infinite time. Blade is such a menace in SU because he's almost unkillable and will clear the content for you, so honestly a survival mode is also a great way to just boost Blade's relevance.
They cant fix him even with the most broken supports he will lack the damage he needs the elite monsters in MoC not even the Boss already have 1 Million HP The most number I have seen is 200-300k
The entire structure of the game is exposed to me....every character is powercreep. Its exhausting. Id MUCH rather have Genshin's rewards and get their charagter peogression also. That game has always tried to find a way to keep everyone relevant.

Well Sunday is a summon support because that’ll probably be the new meta for 3.0, JY is just lucky he’s the only summon dps in the game currently
