- In this video we head to the back country to hide from the wind. We catch a few different species but grab a limit of Mangroves!
Family fishing is always the best time. There is nothing like catching and cooking and eating a fresh fish meal together. Fish tacos!

Get some roasted pecans & grind them into a course meal. Coat the fish with it. Fry ‘‘em up. Top with a crab meat sauce. Oh my goodness it’s sooo good next time you cook try flipping the fish away from you & you’ll never burn yourself

Have you ever tried crushed cornflakes as a breading, that's how my grandad use to make his fish. Pretty good stuff. Keep the content coming!

For little fish like that I don't understand the prejudice against electric fillet knives. I use them exclusively for trout and most redfish.
I have one. I used it for sheepshead. Definitely a learning curve. I actually enjoy filleting fish so I don’t mind using my filet knife on snapper
