Hi!! I’ve got a quick question if you don’t mind me asking: For the wing webbing/mesh at 5:20, is there any benefits to using a subdivision cube over something like a mesh plane? Also, do you have any tips for wing topology?
firstly, i made a tutorial, try to watch that and if you need more help then i can help you on discord so we can share our screens for visual demonstrations
Even with your tutorial, I’m still very confused on how you do this- like how do you do the legs? Do you duplicate it or something? And how can you move your camera without making the photo disappear?.
of you have discord you can message me there so i can help you directly but just incase you cant you will need to: Cut the leg in half and add the mirror modifier to you and join them so when you're making a design you wont need to redo it on the other side but when you finish that one leg you need to go into object mode and apply the mirror modifier and then re add the mirror modifier to duplicate the entire leg
im not sure how to prevent it from disappearing but you have different way to add the image, it can be added as reference, background or plane. when you use the plane one, it wont let you see the image when you go into wireframe since the image becomes wire just as the model
these were like my practice models when i first started so at that time i wasn't aware of N gons (so this wasnt an in game model, just a beginner working to improve)
basically just shaping it, yes thats not much help but thats what i did, i shaped it from the side view, then mirror it then you'll need to shape it more to wrap around the neck
Great job as always! Just have a question: Im saving muah to buy a jot...but lately ive been into the keruku, how much mush is it worth? Rn im at almoat 1k mush.
looks amazing! nice job recreating the keru :D
Im glad you think so

I really want to know how to model like this in blender. I love the models of the game and I’m inspired by it to do 3D modeling. Pls help

add as a ref not as a background
3:02 how do u make the sphere more spherical?? :0
you probably already know how to do it but you need to add the subdivision modifier OR use the shade smooth option.
@@gustavo_old_trainer yeah I figured it out I think lol a while ago
So If i'm correct you work by doing polypaint without caring at all about N-gons right? how's that?

Wow when I see this, I thought ur the guy who modeled this Keruku 🤣 but I'm wrong
Anyway nice job and guess what : I'm your new subscriber!

25k - 30k, I'm unsure of the jots current price but I've seen people sell it for 9k - 11k/12k
@@viiridian HOLY CRAP THATS A LOT
@@viiridian ive NEVER heard of a creature costing that much-
Yea now Keruku is the rarest thing in Cos which why it cost 25k. Yup,cost my arm.
High chance of getting scammed tho
How many tris did it have?
I'm just wondering cause this looks like an ungodly amount
22K since i didnt optimize it
You can be a dev if you try to practice more and more
Yes more practice is needed
what software do u use to model
Its blender
