Isn't that 'Woosh' sound just the best? :) It was a treat to see someone enjoying the finished product before you got to work and showed us how you did it. I always appreciate when all of the ingredients are presented beforehand, too...there's nothing worse than forgetting an ingredient. Your broth looked amazing, and so did the finished stew - pretty indeed! Thanks for participating in Canuary!

I REALLY appreciated how you demonstrated every step of the canning process for this tasty looking recipe. From washing the vegetables to cleaning your sink and jars. Many TH-camrs get all that done and don't show it in the video. Your method of filming is especially important to beginner canners. Thank you.

I wanted to make sure where my veggies came from if I was going to do all the work of canning. Hope to pass this all on to my kids. First time watching you & I've clicked that bell to get more. Thanks for being part of Canuary with Leisa & F

Thanks so much for this. My spouse is going to love this recipe. And thanks also for demonstrating how you wash the jars and lids. I'm new to canning and all these tidbits really help!

Wonderful! Thank you for using an approved recipe and showing how to can safely. This is already in my pantry because of its versatility but I appreciate the work you put into making this video.

I can see this being good made into a pot pie. I love using the dicer to cut my veggies too, I feel better knowing that they are all the same size for some reason.

Thank you for doing a Canuary video with a recipe from that book. Someone else did the pepper and onion recipe which looked good and I canned that last night. Now I have another recipe to try. Good job filming!

This looks delicious! And I like the idea of canning in pints for a single serve dinner, especially for those people living alone. I just might have to add this recipe to my canning plan for building up my pantry. Thank you for your video.

Thank you for pointing out that you could only do this recipe in pints because I would have automatically done it in a quarts. Will definitely make this in order to have some feel better food on my shelf! 😊
