Awesome features...aI have the TT685 F works GREAT on Fujifilm... and the little brother... the TT350 F also has the S1 S2 feature and it sells for about $119 in Canada... so much better than anything Fujifilm makes and with their built in radio receivers and the Godox transmitter, starting around $69 cdn... they provide the best bang for Fuji flash bucks... and now I am heading off to sign up for the special e-learning courses... I was like #100 on 03/26/2020 at 5:50pm Galapagos Island Time. Great explanation of S1/S2! I've never seen it explained that well. I finally get it! Is that SpaghettiOs in the bottom of that jar? HOLY COW!!! That price is UNBELIEVABLE!!! I am 100% serious when I say that you have BY FAR the best teaching I have ever seen! And I have watched hundreds and hundreds of hours of photography tutorials. I have a 6-GB drive that is completely full of them and nothing else, and I have more on other drives - all the best teachers - Kelby, Lynda, creativeLIVE, RGGEDU, Dean Collins, many, many more. You're the BEST! Unfortunately, I'm worried about my electric bill right now (and probably next month, too). So I will do what I can to grab this great offer. I do not want to miss it. And I STRONGLY ADVISE others to grab it, too. Andrew covers things I've seen no one else do, and he does it in a way that is very easy to understand and really grasp. Hi Andrew, Thanks for this lesson! The S1, S2 modes are new to me. I have the Godox 860II for my Lumix cameras and this works the same way on it with my small Lumix G100 using the built in flash.
Andrew after seeing this latest episode I won't have to go out and buy an additional TT685 as I already have two one for Nikon and one for Olympus. Even though I have the User-Guides for the TT685 I never really understood the significance of the (S1 & S2) modes. I enjoy the time you take to explain how and why everything works. Here in New South Wales-Sydney we are in total lockdown once again. But thanks to you I am re-learning more and more about flash. Until now it was somrthing that I had always struggled with. A big Aussie Well-Done Cobber.

This is really good Andrew. I am looking at buying this to replace an ageing Canon 480EX ii flash, In fact, the Godox is superior in guide number and has the little built-in flash card which the 480EX ii lacks. I have discovered that using manual mode I can control the Canon flash with my other camera, Fuji X-T30. Too bad there isn't a universal system for TTL, but for manual flash, no problem.

Plz do it episode of mixing strobe flash with speedlights. How can i set power of strobe which have 9, 8,7, 6 power modes if I want to use speedlights as back or hair lights with power 1/1 1/2 1/4 1/16 and so on. How to set 4 times lower back light. Its so just confusing 😳

Is S2 only for pop-up flash? 5d3 doesn't have one. I still do not understand function of S2, but I love your videos and I will definitely subscribe to premium.

Sir I think we must change the flash compensation - 1stop to expose correctly. If you stop down by 1stop in ttl mode the output of the flash will get adjusted accordingly to get same exposure. This is my thinking regarding ttl flash
let me tell u why, TTL is double flash and waste a lot of power. As such when you shoot at high F values, you can pull this off. So F11 to F16 DOES darken the shot (you saw the picture, I DID it)...... try it someday :) THEORETICALLY it shouldn't, but here is something you should try: Shoot A shot at F2.8 and another at F11, if your theory that flash will always power it up to match the F, then you will surely see it doesn't :)

This is really good Andrew. I am looking at buying this to replace an ageing Canon 480EX ii flash, In fact, the Godox is superior in guide number and has the little built-in flash card which the 480EX ii lacks. I have discovered that using manual mode I can control the Canon flash with my other camera, Fuji X-T30. Too bad there isn't a universal system for TTL, but for manual flash, no problem.

Plz do it episode of mixing strobe flash with speedlights. How can i set power of strobe which have 9, 8,7, 6 power modes if I want to use speedlights as back or hair lights with power 1/1 1/2 1/4 1/16 and so on. How to set 4 times lower back light. Its so just confusing 😳

Sir I think we must change the flash compensation - 1stop to expose correctly. If you stop down by 1stop in ttl mode the output of the flash will get adjusted accordingly to get same exposure. This is my thinking regarding ttl flash
You are half right.... try that. you will see it does not work ONLY that way :)
let me tell u why, TTL is double flash and waste a lot of power. As such when you shoot at high F values, you can pull this off. So F11 to F16 DOES darken the shot (you saw the picture, I DID it)...... try it someday :) THEORETICALLY it shouldn't, but here is something you should try: Shoot A shot at F2.8 and another at F11, if your theory that flash will always power it up to match the F, then you will surely see it doesn't :)
