This is great ! I like the idea, I love long exposure and light painting will try immediately (after cleaning my storage ;) Correct me if I'm wrong, but for me (on an abstract level) the flash works the same but with way more power and within shorter speed of course but it's just a repetitive illumination at higher speed. There are Xircom dongles, Compaq iPaq, Palm Pilots, 1st generation MP3 players, Flash PCMCIA cards, a RICOH 2Megapixel digital camera, etc! You are gonna love this box. I have like 5 of these boxes.

But one doubt to clear Andrew!! Why do we need to switch to manual focus? We have already locked our focus in the autofocus mode, before switching off the light!!

Sanjib Mukhopadhyay I may be wrong, but I think he switches the focus to manual just in case the camera wants to ficus as it is a long exposure.
@@leniehulse1621 That is what my doubt. Is it that even after locking the auto focus, the camera still needs to focus once again when the lights are switched off?
