I have a disconnected hair cut, my hair is about 6 inches long. I want the v in the back though, how do i go about growing it? Do I trim the top or what should I do ??
If you want the shape he has in the back, you'll have to ask your barber for an undercut. That's when they shave the back/underside part of your hair really short but leave the top long. You can have them cut it into any shape you want, so if you want a 'V' shape, just tell them that and possibly even show them an example. Of course if your hair is only 6 inches long right now, you'll probably have to grow it out a bit longer to get a full top knot. 8 or 9 inches was usually the minimum in my experience for a good looking top knot.

My hair is around the same length as yours is on the top, but all the way around. The hair on the sides of my head is a little bit shorter than on top of my head so it doesn't reach the back very well but this helped me find a good way to do my hair. Thanks man

Hey! yeh, I think the sponge wax is really good! I do think they are pricey but the ingredients are all organic I'm pretty sure and it does a good job for me. what kind of hair do you have?
Etienne Berard hmm , have a look at their range and see if there's any strong hold ones. I've only used the sponge wax from those guys so i can really speak for all of their stuff..
