What I want clarification on is who is the real me exactly? He only said that we exist and all that, but isn’t the body, and especially the mind which is where all of my true beliefs and emotions are kept in and stored, a genuine part of what makes up who I really am? I completely understand going beyond the mind and body to achieve something spiritual within you, but isn’t the mind also who I am? Sure it’s obviously mine, but doesn’t it reflect who I am truly? My emotions, feelings, beliefs, doubts, ideals, they’re all there and recognizing that is to also embrace and experience life to me. I’m assuming he meant to go beyond as a way of experiencing life from a whole new, even broader perspective and to stop any possible suffering and excessive negative emotions within that part of my mind by creating a separation between me, my mind, and body? From that context I completely feel it. A lot of the times I just wish for more clarity with personalities like Sadhguru who are trying to lay down their beliefs and/or experiences, but I usually don’t receive that full clarity.
Give a full stop sadhguru means from my side be always a guru. But sometimes even guru should give full stop to see how much student have learn from a guru. Spiritual secret of higher level cannot be share to anyone. Because here it is start of karma and different path of spiritual journey for everyone. Thank you god bless you all.
So what food should I eat if I want to reverse sunken eyes and droopy eyelids? I’m 29 and people thinks I’m younger but my tired looking eyes makes me feel so bad, just want to look beautiful and healthy
How far ever you go.... You can't go beyond..... Just be yourself its OK.... Face Life.... Face happiness Face Sadness (you can't experience sadness when your dead, its a beautiful dimension) Face Fear and Face your Anger too... Trying to escape these Emotions is foolish You just can't be Happy all the time
This is easier to understand if one simply breaks down this creature to three systems…..mind, body, imagination. Fact: individually, none of these “systems” are to be trusted to provide for anything that might be construed as profitable or to provide what many refer to as “wellbeing”. Corporately, the problem is compounded. Rarely do any of the three agree with the other. So, “I” or “me” are simply reference terms that have no identifying power. True identity is found in that which has the power to arbitrate between these three inept “systems”….thus making them functional. Find this “mediator” and you will have true identity and purpose.
If I have an ugly face, can I change it? It makes my life so much harder than if I were pretty, and yes that’s how I feel and the only thing we should be able to choose is our own body?

Whether or not a “pretty” face makes life easier or not is up for debate. I could offer you the “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” or “beauty is on the inside”, but that does little to offer comfort to the mind and imagination. Fact is…You are on the same search that everyone else on the planet is on…..Finding an Arbitrator powerful enough to either override or make compatible the body, mind, and imagination so that all three might find peace and comfort.
