That first building, Kuopion kauppahalli (market hall): my grandfather and grandmother owned a stall there from the 1930s to the 1950s. My mother always remembered that when she was a kid, the only toilet they had in that building was just a hole in the floor and a picture of a footprint on both sides of it. She hated using it XD
Pretty easy locations this time (at least for a Finn), got all of them without having to move much. @19:00 It says "Koti kaikille, Auta Ajoissa" which means "Home for everyone, Help in time" The Grilli game you mentioned sounds fun.
There are squirrels in Finland, namely the Eurasian red squirrel, _Sciurus vulgaris_. It's no wonder that many central buildings in Helsinki have a common theme because many of them were drawn by Carl Ludvig Engel.
Yep, the fence in first location is for hitching a horse, sadly the city stopped suporting the long held horse carriage ride around the city, so its no longer used.
Helsinki goes decently far north, so the Kallio church that you couldn't find is still considered to be somewhat near the city center, even though it isn't smack dab in the middle. Maybe I should make a map where you can explore more of the Helsinki suburbs? :D
Not a bad idea at all. I also think that All Over the Map needs a bit of practice in visualizing geography of Helsinki, otherwise it seems to go well with all the other cities.
@@alloverthemap23 That church in particular is not going to be in the tourist areas however. Sörnäinen/Kallio is more of a nightlife district with bars and clubs.
1:45 Squirrels, yes we have those furry things in Finland. And few have seem found warmer than outside (-24'c) place to hang out on our attic - causing noise on evening / early night when I kind of would like to have a sleep... :D 19:00: "Home for everyone. Give help in time"
"Koti kaikille, auta ajoissa" is the text on the steps of Turku Cathedral - "Home for everyone, help in time". On October 17, the Night of the homeless events are organized in Finland. As the name suggests, the events deal with homelessness. The homeless get a free meal at the events.
That grill near turku cathedral is Legendary😂😂 so many times I have gotten snacks from there after nightout. Not particularly good but stays open till morning and "cheap" prices.
In English they are flying squirrels, in Finnish gliding squirrels. Finnish name is better because they are not actually flying, but they are able to glide from one tree to another with the aid of a furred skin membrane that stretches from wrist to ankle.
The random number generator chose quite nice and famous buildings this time. I did it NMPZ and have been physically in all of those locations. I'm not 100% sure but I think that you have been in all of those places before in your games, at least next to the same buildings but eg. other side of the building. I posted you an old photo of the church on round 3 in X.
Thanks for watching! Kiitos katsomisesta!

@@timojuustila7727 yes - I need to just go in person and visit. Once that happens I rarely forget where things and I'm fast to orient myself on maps

Yes, there are squirrels in Finland: Eurasian red squirrel (Sciurus vulgaris) and Siberian flying squirrel (Pteromys volans) .
