Elvis was a romantic. Many of his songs were of heartbreak and love. His balads tell a story. Girl, you are in love! That's what Elvis did to us from his appearances on TV at the very beginning of his career. You have to go back exploring those appearances. So grateful for your reactions to Elvis. You are so genuine and you remind me of my teenage years way back in 1958.
@@Haziesmom2023. Love your Elvis reaction videos and I don’t blame you for acting the way you do. I’m a guy and he was so good. He was just the best entertainer with the most charisma and rhythm in him. How can you not love Elvis he was the king of rock ‘n’ roll and thanks again for the great reaction video of Elvis, and looking forward to some more of your work by Elvis
He will always be the first king of rock. But, kings do fall. Think about who would be king in a modern world. Who do you picture??? For me, it would be Ozzy. He is the prince of darkness, and the rightful heir. Dude has been rockin' for 6 decades, being over 70 years old, and still putting out bangers. I hope he gets recognition before he passes. Cause that would be a shame. Elvis will always be the epitome of rock n roll, don't get it twisted. But I think it's high time, that Ozzy is recognized as a king in the rock game.
Wonderful reaction which gave me a real good feel factor. What Now My Love from Aloha From Hawaii Rehearsal version January 12 1973 or Polk Salad Annie from this concert in this video here Vegas 1970.You will definitely really like either of them.
Great reaction. Yes Elvis fools around on stage quite a bit. He often substitutes words in the lyrics just for a laugh. “You have made my life complete” becomes… “you have made my life a wreck” 😂
Hi Olavity. So glad you enjoyed this song 'Love me Tender' he didn't mess up the song he liked to have a bit of fun with the audience now and again and that he got your blood pumping 😅😅 there's a lot more songs that will do the same for you by Elvis.❤❤❤❤❤❤💗💗💗💗💗💗🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Olavity, you have not quite "fan-girled" over ELVIS yet until you view & react to Elvis' performance of Love Me Tender, Live in Las Vegas, 1970. We're all excited to watch your reaction! Thank you!🙂
Hi, love your reactions to the greatest entertainer of aii time, you must watch his rendition of Bridge Over Troubled Water from 1970, Paul Simon the guy who wrote it was in the audience was taken aback by it and said how do you follow that ❤❤
Elvis is ALWAYS better live if you can find a live performance. However he did record 750+ songs so you'll have to listen to studio recordings eventually. And that way you'll be able to concentrate just on his voice 😂 which is magnificent ❤
You poor dear...you grew up listening to hate music??? Well I'm so glad the Elvis family is here to guide you to a more peaceful and loving existence!! Elvis was all about love, kindness and charity. For a switch...there are some short documentaries on Elvis here on YT that are very exciting to watch. Even being a fan of him, I learned a lot about the man and his life. I know you will enjoy any of them. I believe one is called "The King Of Kindness", and then there's a 2-part doc called "Elvis And The Black Community". They give a look into his life that I know you will love! Another fabulous reaction!! Get rid of the hate music and step inside the world of peace and love. Till next time...
Besides wondering why anyone would listen to that so--called music, why is anyone even creating something like that! What a horrible world we live in that seems to be getting worse as time passes. 56 yrs. ago MLK spoke about & Elvis sang about a world of peace & harmony. 56 years!! And where are we now?

When I was a kid, my mom and sister were huge fans of his music, I have always been a fan of all his movies and his music, he will be 'The King' untill the end of time.
I have loved Elvis since the 1950’s, this song drove women crazy !! This performance really shows how handsome Elvis was & he has a sense of humour as shown at the beginning of this video. He would have loved you, a dark haired, soft spoken young woman like Priscilla 🥰❣️
You're an Amazing Girl. Glad you like Elvis and Robert Plant. Get in touch with your soft, romantic side with these sweet songs. Love your voice, personality and pretty look!! ❤❤❤
Love Me Tender was one his biggest hits, so he knew everybody knew the lyrics so he could have fun with it, he did that a lot in his live performances later in the 1970's, joking around with the audience so they never knew what he would do next.
Elvis was getting bored singing the same songs over and over and he got a laugh to get different reactions from the audience and his staff. You can see he smiles after he mixes things up. His band said he played pranks on them. His laugh was infectious. I love to hear the tape where he can’t control his laughter and could hardly sing.
You were correct that you have never seen anything like the charisma, presence, and charm of Elvis, and I don't believe you ever will, honestly. The way he can control that voice is just incredible! He adapted to anything.

I just love watching your reaction to him. I’ve been a fan for over 50 years and this what he does to all of us. This is the man who thought he and his music would be forgotten. If you haven’t watched the movie you really should ❤
So many songs left for you to listen. A perfect singer with great timing, phrasing. The orchestra, back up singers adds to his perfect singing. His talent can't be taught. Definitely GOD gifted, and Elvis took the calling and left us all with beautiful music. Listen to " The Wonder of You" from Hawaii . " My Way" as well from Hawaii. Also speaking of "My Way" , please listen to Frank Sinatra live from Madison Square Gardens from 1974 sing this. It's his signature song. You'll be amazed at the perfect singing of this as well from him. Keep up the good work with your reactions.

Elvis & his nerves: Elvis was severely nervous, & right before he was due to go on, he told Steve Binder -- the producer of the '68 special -- that he forgot all the songs, didn't remember any of the lyrics & wasn't going out there, & Binder said I don't care if you walk out, just say hello & walk off, but you are going out. That was a typical Elvis joke for his audiece at the beginning, not a mistake -- "You have made me life a wreck, er, complete!" -- he loved to occasionally throw in a joke for his live audiences, even in the middle of songs. One of the funniest ever instances of this an be heard the audio-only clip of -- look up the video "Are You Lonesome Tonight? Anyway, thanks for you reaction to this and other Elvis songs! The man was in a league of his own! --Marie
Elvis like to joke around sometimes during his performances. The proper words in the song is. - You have made my life complete, But he said. You have made my life a wreck. Ha. Perhaps you could try his 1970 version LIVE. But be prepared!
He is from another planet, called Beautiful. He had a good heart and loved his fans so much, he bought them houses and cars, took jewelry off in the middle of a performance and gave it to somebody. He had been so poor as a child during the great depression, he never forgot it. When he hit it big, he bought Graceland in Memphis Tennessee and brought all his cousins, aunts and uncles, gave them jobs, paid their bills, medical and funerals and weddings.. Olavity, you are adorable! Hey, besides getting into his early stuff (from 1954 onward), you should also check out Baz Luhrmann's film called "Elvis"! It's amazing! Great period-piece of all the influences that brought Elvis to the public spotlight and many of the "controversies" that plagued him, in his life. Note, please be aware that there are parts of Elvis' life which are very sad and, sometimes, confounding. I feel like he got a raw deal but he was also capable of, in my opinion, grievous error, especially concerning his marriage to Lisa Marie. But that heartbreak aside, he did live an extraordinary life, he was super-talented, and his music is his brilliant legacy.
"Love Me Tender" was his first movie and this was the title song. His other 'early' movies, "King Creole," and "Loving You," are his best. The documentaries: "Elvis: That's the Way It Is," from 1970 follows much of his concert tours, and "He Touched Me," is all about his gospel roots and singing. You should also do "How Great Thou Art," (the single and the album are his only Grammys.) The live versions of "How Great Thou Art" would be best for your reaction. And check out the newly available films on Graceland. Since Lisa Marie's death, much more of the mansion is being opened.
This was one of his earliest songs from 1955, years before this performance, and it's from Elvis' first and one of his best movies, which was also titled "Love Me Tender".
Ok Olavity, you need to watch Elvis singing "Return to Sender" from his movie " Girls Girls Girls" which can be found on You Tube. You have fallen in love with the man, the myth, and the legend. Even Robert Plant can abide by that. Nice reaction.

Beautiful lady I recommend from 1970 love me tender. You will be impressed seeing Elvis giving kisses to all the ladies. you will like it.❤️💗🌹🌹
"Love Me Tender" was his first movie and this was the title song.
Beautiful love song. Check it out from the movie Blue Hawaii
