Never do this I've seen lots of tires like this explode or the chain breaks and explodes and rips your legs right off there's no reason to do this. This is why you fix and repair your truck when it needs a new brakes make sure the parking brake works. New tires reset change oil on it this is to keep us safe too. And yourself so you don't die.
If i am correct, i believe that maybe i think he os possibly trying to do something that we cannot quite define, and therefor i am not yet convinced i understand what he might be up to.
