Cool! :o) I am AOWD, I have about 30 dives, and only yesterday, on Maldives, first time, I saw how instructor made a bublle rings. This is amasing. Fishes react on this bubble ring is very amazingly. They try to follow him. Swim inside the ring. So I dicided to learn how to do this trick. Thank you for the video, very helpfull.

There is better technique. For smoother, faster, stronger bubbles, just put your index and middle finger together, and flick your wrists not so far out but faster. You should be able to make it across that pool if you do it right.

Wim Hof method is not intended for breath hold underwater and it a very dangerous and potentially leathal advice to do so! Key to longer breath hold is relaxation and it's highly recommended to do a freediving course for this.
