Get to know Ayman, a 2020 Olympian from Syria who used to train in pools without any light, here: th-cam.com/video/FAibt3Q12T4/w-d-xo.html

I can’t believe we never did this as kids. We played a zillion different games in the water. Although we did. Lot of lying on the bottom of the pool it never occurred to me to try to make bubble rings! Fun!

Your videos have helped me improve a lot so I just wanted to say thank you.

The hardest part is finding a pool where there's no one else but you.

Even though you completely empty your lungs, do you still have breath left to release the burst?

If you can blow a smoke ring, you can do this. Same exact breath exhalation; short, quick bursts out that you cut off quickly.

Whenever I attempt to make bubble rings, I find it easier to stick out my tongue and retract it while blowing. (I can’t say much though, I can only make a few rings per dive.)

To sink, I can't really hold my breath for that long, so letting out all of the oxygen I've stored, really limits my time underwater. Any tips?

Yea dude. If you want to improve lung capacity you can try holding your breath for 30 seconds every day until it becomes too easy. Then switch to 45 seconds. If that doesn’t work very well, try hyperventilating before you go under water.

Aren't you supposed to stick your tongue towards your lips as you blow out? Or no?
