Mankatha was extremely extraordinary movie with excellent action and acting skill of Ajith Kumar.
The cinematographer of this film worked as camera operator in Nolan's Tenet movie scenes which were shot in Mumbai. NIRAV SHAH.

This movie was trying to be too ambitious and created many extra subplots that made me lose that connection to this film. It was promising to a point, but ended up feeling relieved when it finished. I think you guys should react to Tamil blockbusters like Thuppaki, Mankatha, Kaththi, VIP, Vaaranam Aayiram

The director wants the movie to reach all the audiences like fans and family. In India, it is really difficult to bring family audiences to the theatre. If you have done that in your movie then it is really a successful movie. Director decided in such a way. 1st half for fans and who likes action and 2nd half for family audience.

You will experience something new in Indian cenima
I think the main reason why the main protagonist remains unscathed after so many bullets is because India still has the "star system" when it comes to its actors. They are treated like mini gods that are super powerful and invincible which is what you see in a lot of their action movies. When you see an Thalapathy Vijay movie, you call it as Thalapathy Vijay movie and not the character they're playing. Just like how Hollywood used to call Marilyn Monroe movies or Marlon Brando movies. Now, you just call them as Thor movies, or a Disney movie instead of the main star of the film.
It is kinda true, which is why avoiding the movies of those actors is a better options, they pick scripts to showcase them as such. Thalapathy Vijay is an alright actor but the movies he picks to act in are terrible, on the other hand Vijay Sethupathi is an excellent actor who picks the best movies. R.Madhavan is a very underrated actor while Akshay Kumar is overrated. That's how Indian cinema works. I usually avoid Thalapathy Vijay's movies, Salman Khan's movies and Tiger Shroff's movies, Salman has only recently given some good movies like Sultan and Bajrangi Bhaijan. The same goes for Rajinikanth, he too is very overrated, he gained popularity for being unique but eventually I can't find any resonance with any of his movies, I still prefer Kamal Hasan over Rajinikanth. I find that most Indian industries are improving except the telugu industry, the telugu industry runs only because of S.S Rajamouli, his exceptional talent has lead to a massive surge in the popularity of telugu movies but otherwise, they are hopeless too. I have no bias here, this is the truth, I'm half north indian and half south indian so I can't even pick a side.

Have you seen Mayabazar, Devadas, premnagar, Alluri sitaramaraju, Dana veera karna,Abhilasha,Apadbandhavudu, Annamaya, Oopiri, Manam, Gaganam, Goodachari, Evaru, Khanam, Nenokkadine, Anji, Deviputrudu, Karthikeya, Ekkadiki potav chinnavada, Business man, Rangasthalam etc. I bet you haven't watched any of these films so stop crying over telugu industry.
@@mythicalsoulz4709 i'm kind uh happy that I know what you mean about all of them. 5months ago, I only know about Amir Khan due to 3 idiots. What I like about Thalapathy movies and these mass movies even if they're not that great is that they tackle about corruption in the government and society which in turn makes Tamil citizens educated about their rights and responsibilities. I see how rich South Indian states have become and I think the type of cinema they showcase may have helped a bit in that progress.
