The Biriyani eating scene is so iconic. It is about the 10-year prisoner breathing fresh air and seeing the sky of freedom after long. Karthi's expressions convey it perfectly.
It’s about the Biryani! You have no idea how many NRIs do the same thing when we get back home and eat our favorite biriyani from the stall/restaurant we ate at since we were children. Food makes you homesick!

Watching VIKRAM after Kaithi is the right way.....I'd recommend the movie to you Jaby bro :) However don't know if all the cultural differences in the scenes and some of the references and the low-budget VFX is going to affect the feel of it when you guys watch it.....Try it out :) It's been breaking a lot of records and stuff when it comes to collections .....

Imagine having prison food in India for 10 yrs, directly eating buffet biryani, the prison sound and biriyani vessel gives all South Indians goosebumps.
