    That looks like so much fun. You should also get a sponsorship from Bobcat. You explain things so clearly

    Awesome attachment. Guess I missed you got another, bigger mini X. Thought you were just trialing it. So when are you quitting your day job, haha (well maybe not).

      Ha, I ended up buying a 50 after renting it. Showed it at the very end of that video. Everyone keeps asking me that! Might have to if the jobs keep up like they have been.

    Your video is put together very well. Why did you choose the CMP over a Bobcat Grapple or maybe they don't offer a rotating one? Also, do you have a hydraulic breaker and can make a video of your uses? Thanks!

    • @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC
      @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks. As far as I know Bobcat does not offer a rotating excavator grapple. I went with CMP as I have seen many great demos and reviews on them, as well as my other excavation buddy recommended them. Really well built and great support so far. I don't have a hammer, but have been considering getting one with how much rock & ledge I have around my property and area for small jobs.

    Very nice attachment. Thx fir the demo video. Have you tried it yet with other teeth or rubber pads?

    • @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC
      @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks. I haven't tried the other teeth/rubber pads yet. I have been liking the serrated edges since they allow me to pick really small items. i.e. twisting branches off of logs and trees.

    Brain, how long do you think that it took for you to get good at running the excavator from the time you first got it? Also, the grapple is unbelieveably awesome! I can't get over what that thing can do! Great video! Thank you for sharing with us!

      Since I had the backhoe on the BX23s, it was pretty intuitive to run the excavator right off the bat. That and 20+ years of playing video games definitely helped! For sure, that grapple is going to be awesome for so many jobs, I never like taking it off the 26!

      @@CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC yes, for sure! Lol! The grapple will be great, for sure! I look forward to more videos with it!

    That’s a great attachment. Would that be the proper size for a E35? My machine is a 2023 with secondary hydraulics.

      Yeah, I believe they would size you with the same grapple. Though you would have to call them and confirm.

    Looking to be a 35g John Deere excavator.. can I use this grapple on that machine?

    • @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC
      @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah, this size grapple would fit that machine. They make sizes for every class of machine.

    I'd be curious as to what that costs?

    • @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC

      This model cost ~$13k with the electric diverter kit & additional teeth options.

    Are you able to switch over to a bucket or is it difficult with this unit?

    • @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC
      @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It attaches via the bobcat quick connect, so you can swap it out just like a bucket very quickly
