Your engine sounds like it has no compression just by the sound of it as you crank it. I would confirm that, and if so add a couple cap fulls of oil to each cylinder and try to regain compression. Rings my be fuel washed out. But if that doesn't work, check your cam timing belt.

Does yours also have a fuel injector relay in addition to a fuel pump relay? If so, jumper that one to see if that may be the issue.
