    For maximum efficiency, use a LOW level of regents braking. Essentially, the energy you consume building speed will always be more than the energy you regain when slowing, therefore a high level of regen is an inefficient use of energy. As the speaker says, anticipation is key. Let the car "coast" (keeping in 'drive' but with the power meter as near 0 as possible) when slowing. Only use regen to control downhill speed or to scrub off the last bit of speed when coming to a halt.
