@@OnkelTomAngelriper yeah, maybe some could use the benefits but generally taking it with certain drugs increase risks like adding sildenafil to MDMA ('sextasy' lol) doesn't help your heart but worsen the situation dramatically. Don't know how exactly the coke+sildenafil mix work but I doubt that the stimulants are a good choice to mix with sildenafil or other PDE5 inhibitors

What people can't say in the open is that His Father funnelled his money on to his sons, and Dan pretended it to be coming to him from the (presumably) unregulated or hard cash-rich world of Poker. That is the beauty of a stock company. After he has enjoyed all of the benefits of all of that money from the investors he can just declare bankruptcy and he has no debt.... So a few years of absolutely awesome living for free for Dan. And then in a couple of years when everyone have forgot about this he can start it all over again...

In a lot of these cases, where people are buying hugely overpriced shit, like collectibles, crazy "art" etc., we are usually witnessing a money laundering operation. You buy a $5 thing for $10, expense it, seller gives you a kickback of $2-3, using mechanisms like a marketing company or a consulting fee. You have $2 in some tax haven, your investors are down $10 and the seller is up $7. I am not saying Dan might be doing something like this, but if you were a millionaire on the run from the IRS, using your son to extract that last bit of safe cash might be the way to go
Very good video, i like the b roll. But i recommend you improve the lighting. Try a better fill light, it will work wonder. Maybe this is intentional to create a more dramatic look, but i‘d still do a bit less low key and less shadows on your face :)

Good video but the definition of corporate raider is a bit iffy. The classic 80s corporate raider was a leveraged buyout guy (who'd often get the leverage conditional on the buyout) who'd typically strip and sell after the buyout. It wasn't always unethical per se, but it almost always involved firing a bunch of people after the buyout, which gave raiders a bad image in the press.
