Hi miss oddysey! You mentioned on your previous vlog na wala kang hospital experience before going there. Nahirapan ka po ba in terms of work load at nursing practice nla jan? Do they have orientation period?
hii! Yes andun ung super simula ako sa baba. Though since nagstart ako sa seniorhomes before moving sa hospital dito, nakatulong sya for me esp sa language since mas kalmado si seniohomes kesa sa hospital. I got to learn din health system nila dito. When i moved sa hospital, extra aral din tlga para makacope up sa mga medical terms auf Deutsch, sa routine as a nurse. Kumbaga mas lumawak na yung environment from seniohomes to hospital. They have orientation period but still individually dapat may initiative tayong matuto kasi hindi din sila yung spoonfeeding unless magtanong tayo. Hope it helps! :))
Hallo. Pinapasign ako ng agency ng job order and power of attorney para magkaron ng employment contract. Ganito po ba talaga ang kalakaran? Pano if mag sign ako then while waiting, mag bago isip at hindi na ituloy, anong possible mangayre? Yung kakilala ko, october 2023 nag sign ng job orderz feb 2024 nag sign ng contract then hanggang ngayon, work permmit ang inaayos. Wala pa rin sya visa pero mag eexpire na b2 certificate nya sa july. Worth it ba ipush to?
