Your music has what most of these other folk Germanic bands are missing: Joy. It is not saturated with sad and mournful tones except when appropriate. It is very well-balanced. Great stuff!

Is that a bowed lyre at 2:27? I thought that the only bowed lyres were the jouhikko, taglharpa, gue, and crwth. I guess it looks closest to a jouhikko, but it is very unconventional if it is. Is it based on a historical instrument, or is it a modern design? Either way, I love it.

Thank you! Even though younger futhark would have been more "correct" and one should not have two identical runes beside each other. Not even when the words are separated. "ᛁ ᚱᛖᚨᛚᚤ ᛖᚾᛃᛟᚤᛟᚢᚱ ᛗᚢᛋᛁᚲ" But then again - it will never be correct when writing in modern language :)
