A bit unfair of Hannah to say that Lisa "over-enjoys" the pretty things, i.e. make-up, clothes, etc. What woman doesn't? I'm 75 yet I still love to wear nice clothes, have nice hair, minimal amount of makeup. Makes me feel good. Lisa didn't look OTT to me ! C'mon, folks! Most REALITY shows follow a script to avoid personal bashing! And you can see how similar these are. They're given 'guidelines' beforehand, but there are takes and re-takes before the final cut. The producers/directors have it all planned out......Just a different kind of entertainment. This one was lovely!!!! 6 wonderfully different people ....love 'em!!!
So Ling criticised them for using ginger in their food, as the Chinese don't believe you should have ginger in your dinner...... then had ginger in her food.
Hannah -- if you're using a speed peeler it's much easier to peel away from you than towards you - Paul had the right idea. And I always close the door when I go to the loo. Sir Francis Chichester always locked the loo door when he was sailing round the world on his yacht - and he was the only person on board.
I don't think I'd want to live with someone that picked at me, called me fat and dirty and nasty in front of other people, or even just to me! Pretty is as pretty does, but ugly goes right to the bone.
