My deepest inner work shift was the day I found your video I knew I was going to change and I knew at that moment that my boyfriend and I were not going to last. My inner voice (God) literally told me you won’t be able to take him with you. I was sad and scared but soon after (a week later) he hurt me once again and that inner voice said “you don’t have to stay with someone that makes you cry”I heard you (Alexis) say just observe and I was finally able to see the toxicity and I broke up with him! I haven’t felt so free and happy and so feminine in my life!!! You literally changed my life Alexis ❤❤❤❤

my deepest in a work shift of 2023 has me healed from domestic violence/SA, living in a tropical island, loving life with my husband, spending my days with my newborn baby, doing Sunday reset at the beach and waking up every day loving every bit of me in the life that I get to live. I'm currently speaking three different languages in rolled in college, hitting the gym, belly dancing, singing, talking to God and being a bad ass mama.

1.Appreciate him, it’s good to receive so be open and genuine with your reactions.
2.make him feel as though you can’t survive without his help (not co-dependant, still remain independent and strong)
    3. Keep grounded throughout stress e.g. drop in body, activate more pleasure, put feet in ground, sauna. Remind your body you have room for pleasure not stress
    4. Go for your dreams you don’t need every step planned out
    5. Slow down and sway hips when walking

Hi! My deepest inner work shift was transitioning from my masculine energy into my feminine energy. Before and towards the beginning of 2023, I would seek control in many things around me that I could not control and I was very anxiously attached. During the year, I went through a heartbreak that was very hard for me because of my attachment style, but it allowed me to step into my feminine self and shift my perspective. I realized that change is the only constant in life and embracing it instead of trying to prevent it would allow more abundance to flow into my life. I learned to become truly self aware and respond instead of reacting. Also to maintain my energy instead of matching it with others. As I made these changes, I noticed myself becoming more feminine and feeling more free in many aspects of my life. Inner work is a journey that never ends but I feel like this year was an big and important shift. I want to thank you for your videos because they have aided me in becoming this new version of myself. Have a beautiful day!

My deepest inner work in 2023 was deciding to divorce my husband. It’s the hardest decision I’ve had to make because I love him, but the marriage was toxic and I had to get me and my son out of that environment! Focused on personal growth and inner healing in 2024 :)

My deepest inner work shift for 2023 was, that jealousy (esp. to other women who are eg "more feminine") gives me the possibility to work on my inner missing pieces as a feminine women. It truly opened my eyes to switch jealousy in inspiration. Sharing this in a regular women circle helped me a lot ❤ Love from Munich 😘

My deepest inner work shift in 2023 was allowed myself to speak my needs, my rights and my wants without feeling scared of what people would think. It was a really important step to me because I was embodying my right to have an opinion and a voice, with all of this a lot of good other things came out. I’m just so proud of my 2023 self, I can not disappoint her this year.

My deepest inner work shift in 2023 happened last summer when I discovered feminine energy. I had heard about it but never really understood what it was until I fell on your videos, Alexis. The discovery of my feminity (which I thought I knew completely), brought me to observe so many other aspects of my life: my relationship with others, myself, and with money, in particular. It opened up a whole new exciting world (and my life is already super exciting). Since a few months ago, I have grown tremendously! It was unexpected. Because of that and the positive impact it has had on my life, I have no other option but to continue this extraordinary journey!

Hi Alexis! My biggest shift of 2023 was coming into a higher stream of consciousness and learning about feminine energy. I invested in myself and purchased your feminine energy course. For the first time, I was able to get past my wall of emotions. For a long time I couldn’t feel much of anything due to how I had to cope with my childhood trauma. You helped me to see myself and my inner child for the first time. I now see myself as a valuable woman and child of God. I have officially vowed to protect my life force energy.

I’m today years old (53) and knew nothing about feminine energy until now. I have so much to learn and work on but have already changed how I walk, think and react. Hi Alexis, an inner work shift that stood out to me in 2023 was when I felt so tired of feeling lost.
I began meditating while taking baths. My intention was to find out what kind of business I am supposed to pursue. The name came to me. “5 senses” natural wellness products! Once I began to be in a meditative state and stopped worrying, there were many synchronicities that were flooding into my life.
On a side note, I know that you have mentioned the book “rich dad poor dad” I was so unhappy in my 9-5 and I stumbled upon the book in the office! I felt like I found a hidden treasure right in the same place that wanted to keep me stuck in the rat race. The books philosophies really changed my life. The same thing happened when I walked into a library one day and stumbled a book called “the artists way” this book has changed my life and I highly recommend it! Thanks in advance!

after I ended a very toxic relationship back in 2023, I was broken and felt so depressed. I knew I needed to get out of that low point, so I went searching for ways to grow from that experience. I came across your videos and I swear my life changed. I looked at myself and life so differently. Not only did I realize where the relationship went wrong, but I realized that I deserved so much better. I realized that I was abandoning the power of feminine energy deep within myself. The day I came across your messages, it was like a lightbulb went off. Since then, I feel like a totally different woman. I could feel the confidence and strength radiating within me, all because I discovered the power of wielding my feminine energy. Although the breakup tore me apart, im so grateful for that experience because I would’ve never become the woman I’m proud of today. Thank you for sharing your messages, Alexis! ✨🌸

My greatest innerwork shift was really trusting God over what was hurting my heart so badly I couldn't help but think about it and worry all the time. I don't even know how God brought me this far, the me from this day last year was so attached to outcomes and the me now is so much more free and feminine. She doesn't worry or overthink and leaves it completely to God and does not limit God's power by any logic. I feel like I unlocked something in me I find myself dancing for no reason when I was honestly so heartbroken I was grieving every second of every day for years. I DON'T KNOW HOW IT HAPPENED! it was literally so effortless. I watched your videos and wanted to work on myself and I didn't know how but slowly everything fell into place. I'm so grateful. Ahh. Also, I really really want to join your courses. Im a student and I live with my parents. Idk how the finances will work out I know that I really want to, God will make it work.
P.S. I reallly love you and your energy! You're literally the most feminine woman I've ever seen or known.

YES! PLEASE DO a video on God and Christ! That is definitely my biggest Inner work from 2023 coming into 2024, working on my relationship with God! I started going back to church, stoped blaming it on I don't have time, I travel for work. NO! There are churches in every city!!!! I was always welcomed with open hands in every Christian community I joined even when it was just for few weeks, I am Catholic, but enjoyed every community and service of every Church, even when it was Baptist or something else. I am so grateful for these people that were part of my journey even when just for a short period. Seeing them loving and being loved by Christ was so moving. Right know I live in atheist country and there are no words on how I missed that Godly presence in a community. It really kickstarted my Inner work on my relationship with God. It shifted literally everything in my life, me having so much more respect for my feminine energy, my body, forgiving myself for past sins, saving myself for my future husband, changed my friends circle, food choices, just eye opening experience!

my deepest inner work shift was when I started shifting the content I was consuming to positive and optimistic, even though those things always irritated me. Your videos as well as Hitomi Mochizuki's sacred sexuality videos would make me cry and release all of the emotion and feelings out of my body. This would look like 5-20 mins cry sessions where I'm just holding my heart and stomach with my eyes closed pouring all of this out. I grew up around a lot of women that were in their wounded feminine and discovering/hearing women with such beautiful energy speaking of things I always felt shameful to speak about it helped me to bring about more positive shifts into my internal dialogue, my pleasure practices, my health, and my relationships. Even if you don't pick this comment, thank you for opening up such a vibrant and secure space for the feminine to be, heal, and thrive. Thank you for saving all of us ❤️

Hi Alexis! My deepest inner-work shift was learning to treat my triggers as lessons rather than disturbances. Ive done so much work to notice when something triggers me, and rather than acting out (which I used to do), I've been able to ask myself "what is this trigger trying to tell/teach me". 💕

I was missing your lives these past few days Alexis, I kept checking TH-cam hoping you were live and than I saw this yesterday and I smiled with joy. Thank you for this, I had this feminine charm when I was younger and I only started bringing it back after I felt safer with my friend circle. I noticed that I really loved having this charm when I was younger, and I am so glad and grateful that I decided to tap back into that side of myself. I started inner work journaling in November even though I wanted to do it for so long, but I felt the block to not do it because it meant bring up a lot of scary pieces of my life. But these journalling sessions with myself led to so much growth, and now I have this inner feeling within me like God is preparing me for something big. There are so many changes happing within me and with my environment that is beginning to align with the life that I envision for myself, and I can't wait to get everything that I desire. The biggest inner work shift that happened for me was a few weeks ago on one of your lives where you said, "why not, and why not me?" Thinking about this makes me cry because it unlocked a limiting belief I had that I wasn't deserving of what I desired. I heard this quote all the time; you can't have your cake and eat it too, and it made me feel SO guilty for asking and having more. I did the inner work yesterday on that limiting belief and I'm allowing myself to receive my blessing and my desires. That one sentence healed me so much and now whenever I doubt if I can have something those words repeat in my head. .
Thank you so so so much Alexis for the beauty, joy and abundance that you bring into my life everyday, you truly are changing my life and the lives of thousands of women out there. Thank you truly and have a beautifully blessed day. 😘💛🤗

I feel that I had two major shifts: self-worth and the power of now (just started the audio book!). As a grad student, I struggled so much with feeling worthy to be in an Ivy League PhD program. Then I realized, I have never failed myself in the past, so why would I fail now? Second, I realized how it’s not about having a plan, or making the ‘right’ step, but it’s about moving forward and taking a step. Doing my best everyday, and having faith in the talents God has given me… 2024 I will be more confident than I ever have before!
Thank you Alexis for being a part of this journey for me! 💜

Hey Alexis, thanks again for your amazing content I literally never miss a video and since I did your feminine energy course last year I believe it has saved me in more ways than one. The biggest thing I’ve seen is that I’m coming out of hiding, even I haven’t commented much on here part of me was hiding, I literally didn’t know how to share myself, I felt like the abuse I received pushed me under this rock unable to express myself or feel part of anything. Being part of this community is the best place, like your name, here I feel protected by you and all the glow girls. Like no matter how hard things were or how alone I felt, im not alone anymore. My beauty and my happiness have been emerging and I plan to do the other courses and start my own business this year. So much love from Glasgow, Scotland. 💝 xXx

My deepest inner work shift from 2023 was accepting help from people. I’ve always been so in my masculine energy and at the beginning of the year I was struggling paying rent in a terrible apartment and while actually working a farming job 😂 I was pushing myself so hard but felt so unhappy and burnt out. My boyfriend kept trying to help me and I said no I’ve got this. I eventually accepted help from him and his parents who took me in and I am so very grateful. My boyfriend and I are now in our first apartment together (that he mostly pays for) and it probably wouldn’t have happened without taking that leap to accept help from others :)

Good morning Alexis. You are adorable.
My biggest inner work shift of 2023 was recognizing I needed to do inner work. I realized apot if my problems stem from me being in my masculine for soooo long. Raising 3 boys in masculine energy. Being raised by a toxic masculine mother doesn't help. I am learning to recognize my issues and triggers.
Thank you for your videos and I can't wait to try your classes.
Have a wonderful and safe trip!😊

I also have been wanting to be a film actress and last year I was actually the lead actress in this short film and offered another role that will be filming this year in 2024! 🎉

My biggest inner work shift happened this summer 2024. I went through hell and back with my relationship with my bf (very masculine man, traditional values). My friends were the complete opposite of traditional and I was stuck in the middle. I realized that I relied way too much on my superego (my bf, friends, parents) and as a very agreeable woman I’ve always found it hard to listen to myself. I read a lot, researched, dove deep into my inner world. My bf and I are finally back in sync and I’ve set boundaries with my friends- all because of the hard, painful inner work I was doing. Still doing it!!!! I think inner work lasts a lifetime but it especially becomes known in your 20s. 2 weeks from now I’m moving out and going to college! I’m very confident and I’m still on this journey of self love and discovery. I’m so excited for this next chapter in my life!

Great stream, thank you for sharing yourself and your advice. My biggest inner work from 2023 is really writing out and identifying the woman I want to be in all the facets. Wife, mother, career, simply as a woman. What I bring to my world is so important, not just to myself but my family and my business relationships. I need to curate and grow it with intent.

My deep inner work for 2023 was to heal my family trauma. For years I kept going through repeated cycles and when times got tough I would detach and run from the issues. I healed myself and my family by learning to confront our issues and get through them together! Life has been so much easier doing this and I’ve grown closer to my family!
