Oh I love that! I never saw my silly playfulness as an act of invitation but when I really think about it deep down I was hoping others would join in too! 😊 I understand this better now.

I cherished the times my wife was playful, it was nourishing and now that you mention it, I felt safe. It was hours of fun, like a cat and mouse.
Until she turned us over to her divorce attorneys. Now she has two men supporting her motherhood. I think about our playfulness together, and try to accept that I wasn't safe?

Or that her Dad wasn't safe in ways that no one has considered. I'm very playful and I've been left TWICE by men who were triggered by this part of me. They only wanted "mean" play, and I don't do "mean" play. My Dad only wanted "mean" play and could not make the adjustment to what we needed. She may still have her work to do in ways that you don't see.

I would say @27:00 being childlike rather than being childish. Many say we all have that little boy or girl who wants to come out and play. As adults we want to play like children and not be childish.

This is a great piece of advice although I’ve experienced myself to be the serious one and women more playful the value in this still holds true. Wonderful job and thank u for the insight

Such an interesting topic. I take life so very serious and it’s not fun.
If I could change career, it’d help, but that’d be moving backwards in a way.

Hi, i just found this topic through broken relatioship recently. Me and her know through game on internet and we found many commons and fun things talk together. But i take too much serious love on her without meeting her in real life yet because we live in different country. She is playful love but I'm become romantic love ( obsessed love ) when i love her. I can't have fun talk much as before or i talk something too deeply and much love in future which is make she get bored and loose interest from me. After i heard your topic, i understand part of Playfulness. Thank you after all. Can you give me advice that how can i be open minded talk funly and enjoy every conservation, playfulness when i'm in love without talking any seriously about future

    Am I getting this right
That you have Greg and Dan as your partners?

Hi! Thanks for your question. Greg was Alison's husband (and life partner!) for almost 28 years. Unfortunately, he unexpectedly passed away in 2019... Alison then met Dan about a year and a half later, and they've been exploring a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship ever since. Alison generously and graciously shares her experiences from both relationships as real-life examples of how to apply her material. - Alison's team

How does a woman be playful with her man that is so serious most of the time?

Trying to think about this is interesting. I have people I can be open around. I think I get surprised by modern women though, because they have things they do that are more like a job interview, or a test. Being open and playful is maybe a little too feminine unless a person really has affinity for you.

😂😂 I personally speed it up (x1,25) so it’s easier & pleasant for my body to listen to, and it’s quite delicious like this!
