I feel like this could be a game that will be made in the future by the community like Titanfall but it's openworld against two factions and there will be clans in those factions ,they already made a drop ship you never know what people will come up with and it's amazing
There's one for Scorch, Northstar, and BT in general (I dont remember what they do specifically). Also, the health and damage of enemies increases everytime the difficulty meter increases, so enemies should have a couple hundred health and do a fair bit of damage like 15 - 20 min in

Is there a modded version of the campaign that replaces cloak with grapple?
You can give yourself grapple with console commands, you dont need a mod
need this in a wave based mode, imagine the whole community competing for highest wave.

how did you start the rogue like campaign? i downloaded the mod, but i couldn't find a way to play the modded version of the campaign
In the main menu, the campaign option should be replaced with the text Roguelike with the option to start a new run
